Y&R: Recently fired actress returns

God, Rylan is just a terrible epic fail of an actress in this role.

The only role MR would be right for is as the title character in "Big Boobs, Bigger Dreams: The Dolly Parton Story."

I will probably be the only one, but this makes me happy. Despite the age difference, I loved her as Abby and I find that some people are unnecessarily cruel when it comes to her simply for the way the writing has been surrounding the character. Not to mention people are constantly talking about how "old" she is but I personally buy that she can pass for a 20-something.

I liked her too and am glad she's back. I really had no idea she was that old until I read it here. She doesn't look like she's the early 20's party girl but I thought she was in her mid to late 20's. I kind of saw this one coming too so I'm not really surprised either.

I'm glad she's coming back. If there's a Newman daughter on, I'd rather have her than VicBoria. And, please, please, please bring Vail Bloom back. I'd love to see her with MM.

She was late 20s when they fired a teenager to give her the role while keeping the character around the same age.

Uhm, they definitely were not "keeping the character the same age" Abby was like 15 under the last actress.

Finally, the Robin Christopher Actress Of A Certain Age Medicare Plan extends to another leading lady of similar vintage.

No. I'm happy about this too. :) (To the poster that said they were happy)

I loved her. When they fired her I was like 'Why! It's not like she's one of the ABC soap castoff's that they were firing. It was like....she just got caught up in this mess.'

Glad they righted this wrong. Welcome back Naked Heiress!

And we thought JFP was going to improve things and fire dead weight....I guess some people were wrong....JFP is pure [!@#$%^&*]....haha

As for Heather, I still want Jennifer Finnigan in that role. She's so perfect for the part it brings me to tears. She has the required acting chops (and then some), she's believable a a lawyer (Close to Home) and she looks like she could easily be Doug Davidson's offspring.

The sad thing is I think Marcy looks fine, but why was she cast in a role that was supposed to be 19-20? That's what jumped out at me from the start, and still does.

She's a young lady. But on Y&R, in that role, she just looks old as dirt.

I'm happy she's returning, even though I don't think she will be convincing enough to be Ashley's daughter if they got back Brenda Epperson,,,,,
