I have really been feeling Heather Tom in this post-partum SL. But I am not thrilled with Brooke & Bill possibly being thrown together. First of all, the Steffy-Bill-Katie triangle would have been fire. Secondly, I think Brooke needs her own man for once, one who will love her unreservedly. Thirdly, if Stephanie isn't going to be there to chew out Brooke about her taste in men, who is? Katie? Steffy?

I love Kim Matula but Hope yapping about Liam & Steffy = Zzzzzzzzzzzzzz. Just end this story already!

Stephanie with Steffy... Taylor... Brooke... Eric... Thorne... has been moving, heartrending and truly classic B&B. While I disagree with Stephanie that Taylor is the moral compass of the Forresters (her character initially was much more ambiguous and complex than that), I loved the flashbacks featuring that relationship. Hunter was so, amazingly beautiful (as was JMW before she got into botox and fillers -- she needs to stop now while she is still stunning), and the progression from mutual suspicion to kindness to a true friendship was as moving as the change in the Brooke-Stephanie relationship.

I also like Taylor involved in the Katie SL. In fact, I would really enjoy seeing Taylor and Thorne (together or separately) much more in the forefront of the show.

The Stephanie-Eric show was good, but they shied away from talking about how their marriage really was. Maybe because Stephanie is dying but let's face it -- Eric screwed around on Stephanie because he was a horndog, he resented that she trapped him into marriage and felt she was overly devoted to Ridge. Stephanie was deeply humiliated by Eric cheating on her with increasingly young women. This was a cornerstone of B&B. But whatever. Speaking of Ridge, I wonder if they are going to touch on that relationship if Ronn Moss doesn't return?

Steffy's off to Hawaii while her beloved grandmother is dying? Um, ok.

Good analysis. I honestly feel like Im watching two different shows. The Stephanie stuff is VERY well written and captivating and then theres the other stuff. A part of me wants to beleive that Susan Flannery is plotting her exit and given input to how this stuff is playing out but then the writers need to fill up the episode with the other stories bc things arent mesing well It makes no sense for Liam to plan a romantic vacation and Steffy to go considering she found out her grandma is dying. Also seems odd that they would plan this location shoot taking Brooke away from LA with Steph dying. The pacing and timing seems off as the Steph stuff seems to exist in its own bubble

These are good points, nobody seems to be talking about Stephanie to other people. And how nice of Stephanie's BFF Taylor to not constantly worry about her,

But this is a Bell show and everyone knows that Bill Bell liked telling stories that existed in their own worlds with little interaction between every characters. I guess this is Bradley's version of doing it.

I just watched Tuesday's B&B and literally laughed my ass off at the ending! LMFAO at Bill yelling "KATIE!!" and the show cutting to a deer cautiously looking up, a bear, and a flock of birds flying in the sky Too much!

Also, there were flashbacks to Bill & Katie's wedding. When did that happen? I'm kicking myself for not remembering. The scenes were in HD.

It is very jarring and kind of random. I would have thought that Stephanie's diagnosis would be enough drama.

I also hate (apart from the thumping heartbeat) the fact that everybody is sitting around being very judgey about Katie ("What is she thinking?" -- like she showed up at some dinner party wearing something inappropriate). They're not as worried about her as they are about Will having a mother. With her heart troubles, anything could have happened to her but they are all "She's a failure as a woman."

I do love the Taylor & Katie scenes, though. Tylo plays a good psychiatrist! I have a lot of time for Taylor recently.

She has some GOOD acting ticks for playing the Doc - unlike many actors across the hall at Television City who play for their lives in order to be convincing. I've always loved when Taylor wears her glasses for patient sessions etc.
