Y&R Casting Call

Brandon Bell is a good young actor. I've watched him on more than just HH. Is there a problem that he was on HH when half the people on this show were on other soaps?

I know people was complaining about all the ex AMC stars coming to Y&R. We'll see how this plays out if they do hire him. It got to be a reason why they put out a casting call. Maybe JFP(ms) already had a plan to bring him over.

So, you think since they put them on Utube, one of them did get the part.

I don't think so. These are just actor/agent submissions hoping to get called back and take it to the next step. But this script (mock or not) affirms what JFP was saying about this role not being a Devon recast. It's also a chem test with CK (or whoever the next Lily is ph34r.png) if this is the scene they'll use when they put the final call back actors on tape.

Actually I like the 2nd one, only if he could pronounce Jabot right.

What do you like about him? He's wooden as hell. I've seen better acting from Vanna White.

Not to mention, he would never be cast anyway. He's not exactly TV friendly.

Of those auditions, the first one is good. He had the right look and I could see him improving over time. The second one had the wrong look and was boring, the third one couldn't act to save his life. The most shocking thing is that this is looking like a love interest for Lily. I wonder how Christel is going to feel about that lol.

I was thinking the exact same thing. It was a laughable statement coming from a Thom Bierdz fan.

I'm not a fan of Thom Bierdz myself, but those who continue to hero worship Davetta effing Sherwood six years after she left the damn show really shouldn't throw stones.

I'll give you the pleasure in responding to you. Somebody that likes CK can't really talk about Davetta acting. All the storyline they wrote for her was woe is me. Because that's all they can do for her until they backburn her or they make her an extra to Cane storyline.
