While I feel Howarth's Todd has lightened up the mood on GH, this was still the version of Todd I was afraid would return when it announced Howarth was returning to OLTL last year. I like occasional one liner but for the character of Todd to have such a dark history, it's hard for me to see him just walk around being a stand up comedian.

Yet he kills and speaks of it as often as the law will allow and STILL SEPARATES MOTHERS FROM THEIR CHILDREN.

Exactly what change are you referring to?

She means the change from the dark complex character to the stand up comedian who makes light of his crimes.

Todd stopped being a dark tortured soul when RH returned to OLTL in 2001. He has been more of a comedic character ever since. Don't you notice when he talks about killing and the crimes he's done he often says if as a joke and plays it down for laughs? It's not done to instill fear and portray him as a big baddie

Huh?

She gave you the longer version of the answer I gave you.

The "huh" was more of a "YOU GOTTA BE FREAKING KIDDING ME" and NOT a "please help me to understand".

Neither does Lulu, but out of the two of them Maxie is the only one that could benefit from having this story played out. Lulu having Dante's brat won't do anything for her character. The marriage itself was a huge mistake and should have never happened.

I bet ya' that there will be some medical crisis with her pregnancy, delivery or something .. some near death issue and this is why soaps lose viewers can't one woman just deliver a baby and that's it....

and yes for me Todd is coming across as a (standup) comedian 90% of the time and whomever is dialoging with him is a straight guy (or gal)...
