I think it was LaToya who said that Joe didn't hit the girls, it's the boys who got it, but I've often wondered what went through Janet's mind when she was playing Penny's abuse on Good Times. "It's clear to me that the children are well cared for by Mrs. Jackson. It is clear to me they love her very much," Judge Mitchell Beckloff said at a hearing, according to the newspaper. Judge Beckloff also ruled that T.J. Jackson, who took over guardianship of Prince, Paris and Blanket temporarily last week, will stay on and eventually share full guardianship with Katherine. The investigation concluded that the children have a "substantial, significant" relationship with their cousin T.J. and that his similar background (he is the son of Michael's brother Tito Jackson) makes him relatable. A lawyer representing the children also said that Diana Ross, who is their back-up guardian, had visited with them Wednesday and agreed with the shared guardianship. After two weeks of turmoil, including allegations that Katherine was kidnapped and the video that surfaced online showing Janet Jackson confronting Paris, Jermaine Jackson tweeted that he hoped the family could put their issues behind them. "Enough has become enough," he wrote. "After much soul-searching, it is clearly time for us to live by Michael's words about love not war. Katherine was supposed to take an road trip to see her sons in concert, but then someone claiming to be connected to her doctor came to her house and said it would be better for her to fly. She went along with that and that's when she ended up in Arizona at the resort. When she got there, her phone and Ipad was taken away, and the phone in her room was disconnected. I am so disappointed in Janet Jackson if Jermaine is so much in need of money then give him some money but dont steal from your own family to get it. What would Willona and Florida say about all this?? Its interesting that they were on The View right before all this mess started.....The remaining Jackson brothers...and Babs asked them if they were jealous of Michael's success or something to that affect...I wish I had taped it or could find it on youtube and the scum that is Jermaine said no.....ugh...... Wasn't she completely sideswiped by that news? If she was, I think that was a totally unfair thing of Michael to do, no matter how much he admires the woman and her parenting skills. Members SFK Posted August 3, 2012 Members Share Posted August 3, 2012 You know, they always did such a good job of looking like they were super tight siblings who always had one another's back barring Michael's eccentricity, La Toya's "black sheepishness", Janet's independence... all united with their evil pops as their only "enemy" within the family. I'd like to see him get his career back on track, do some solo touring as well.. he could make a bundle at those casino showrooms, and YES... Diana was blindsided by Michael's will... I have it on good authority she hit the freakin CEILING. I'll be honest, I always liked Jermaine's voice much better. Michael turned himself from a good looking black man to a tranny looking white circus freak, burned through TENS of millions of dollars, leaving his children and estate in serious debt, and only by the grace of God and posthumous record sales is it finally getting back in black after THREE YEARS. And he paid some quack to give him anesthesia as a sleep aid, which resulted in his death. So I think it;'s safe to assume that Michael's judgment is not one of a person that has all of his marbles. He always had it stuck in his craw that he had no childhood... I say it's the opposite, he's always been a child, and never grew up. In stead of doing what is responsible and right, his entire life has been an endless parade of self gratification and punitive action against people he feels didn't treat him like the queen of England.
