Maxie did that, cause they changed the character to fit KS being in the role and her limited acting ability.

KS MAXIE woudl do that, but RR's would never have. tis why I dislike KS Maxie so much.

JL's Maxie feels like what RR's could somewhat have become,not perfect, flawed, but with a heart.

Yep, same here. JL's Maxie feels like RR's Maxie and gives her warmth that KS didn't seem to want to give her.

Moreover, JL actually portrayed Maxie out to be a young woman instead of a cartoon character. Her work will be undone if the dreadful KS returns.

Orlando’s Kirsten Storms is rejoining “General Hospital,” her mother says.

“She is returning to ‘GH’ the end of this month actually in her role of Maxie. She’s happy and excited to be back,” Karen Storms said in an email Friday afternoon.

Kirsten Storms as been on medical leave since September. She has been with “GH” since 2005.

What do you say, soap fans?

“GH” airs at 3 p.m. weekdays on WFTV-Channel 9.

I sure hope that this is wishful thinking on Mrs. Storms' part.

I dread not being able to avoid those two when they invade the scenes of the characters that I do watch.

It should have ended then, especially since she seemed to realize just what a reject he is.

Frankly, it should've ended years before when she realized that she wasn't sexually attracted to him.

Maxie has been a complete mess since KS started the role by way of Guza (for obvious reasons)

While it's certainly the main reason why Maxie sunk to the bottom of the toilet as a character, KS' shítty acting and nails-on-a-chalkboard voice clocks in as a close second, IMO.

It's a shame because she really came into her own and proved to have all the necessary chemistry with JMB, JT, JJY, and KW. I feel really sad for her; if this is a swap for KS, it's really unfair. I thought KS owned as Maxie, but JL did a great job and should be allowed to continue on.

Awww, I feel bad for her. It's a difficult situation. I love Kirsten Storms and honestly do prefer her in the role, but I still think that Jen Lilly was a great addition. I hope another soap picks her up or they bring her back in the future as a different character maybe.

I agree. Although it took me awhile to really get into her I really enjoyed what she was doing in the role, once they got her away from cat fights, Matt, Spinelli and Crimson I really began to like her. I really don't know what Kirsten Storms is coming back to the character has been completely changed. She is nothing like what she once was.

IDA. Maxie is still the same; just with a different face

Maxie ceased to exist as a character in 2008. Storms was overrated and as long as the troll Spinelli is still on the show, Maxie will never have a purpose.
