Will dropped Chad as a BFF after Sonny came into the picture, at least once the current writers took over. Its own of the friendships which they stopped portraying

Will barely cares about Sonny either - other than to hear Will whine about being gay, Sonny vanished for months on end. I think the only relationship MarDar cared about with Will was EJ.

They've hardly focused on Will and Sonny that much have they. Yeah they dropped Chad and Wil but aside from a few scenes of Sonny the one adjusted token gay man talking to Will, i haven't seen some great friendship. In fact the thing Wills story has lacked is characters from his own age group. Gabi should have legitimately had issues with Will being gay and they missed an opportunity for some story there. I'm not sure why a coming out story has to be so PSA lke with everyone being politically correct. Erica had issues for a while with Bianca coming out. And not because she was anti gay.

The problem now with having people react negatively to Will being gay is that all his histrionics have been used up. If he lashes out now, it will seem like more of the same. This is one of the worst-paced stories I have ever seen.

I've heard people say they're upset if Will is around teens and how boring that is but I don't think it can be more boring than the Groundhog Day stuff with EJ/Marlena/Sami. If the sole point of interest in a character is waiting to see if he will have sex with the show's romantic lead (my guess is - NO), then the show has failed.

The show cares about Will and Marlena. That's one relationship they surprisingly got right

There are no characters who have any characteristics that work or even stay with them, its really different from day to day, week to week. they are almost all a interchangeable cast of characters, nothing special or unique about anyone. I mean, people bitch about will being angry and on the verge of tears, but at least he is consistent in character.

I think what also helped was it was a Richard Culliton script. He seems to get the younger set pretty well. Carolyn delivered a good script today too. Casey and Molly had their first really good scenes to play in weeks.

Should have named the Cullitons head writers, Days. Maybe you'd have had a fighting chance.

When did Brady and Madison start having problems? I know Ian drugged his drinks a few times but I dont recall anyone ever making an issue out of it and I dont recall some big blowup between the two
