Goes to show that Lucci was smart of singling out Brian Frons and not ABC for her wrath...Lifetime is jointly owned by ABC.

True. In the paperback edition of her memoir, she talks about how Anne Sweeney called her the day the ax fell on the show. Lucci told Sweeney that Frons was full of arrogance.

The pilot will be "tweaked" They're probably gonna change the hell out of it! I have a feeling it might be for the best.

I am so thrilled with this news! With HLN focusing on the Emmys right now, it's not a bad time for Lifetime to announce that they're picking up a primetime show La Lucci is in. I can't wait to see the new version! I hope Susan comes back to Army Wives as well. The way it ended a few weeks ago seemed to hint at a future for Audrey Whittaker on that show too.

Glad to see this show get picked up. Was surprised ABC passed on it. Love the cast especially Ana Ortiz, Brianna Brown, and Grant Show. I even look forward to seeing Lucci in something different. I do worry about getting into another Marc Cherry show. Desperate Housewives started out amazing then went all downhill after that.
