I know Abby Dalton of Falcon Crest fame played Phyllis' mom, but did her dad appear in the 90s as well? Of course I doubt MAB knows Phyllis' family life was already explored.

He did appear briefly in 1995 and in 2002 or 2001, somewhere in there. I guess he wasn't played by someone who was in primetime.

Any soap actor is SOL with this crew, probably unless someone turned a role down.

Apparently he was played by Duke Stroud who played the 2nd Vince on AW.
