Well they better hope that money doesn't ho bye bye since the Hotel is suing for criminal and civil. So that money might go out the window with lawyer fees.

They probably sign a privacy agreement if celebrities are there on the regular. If they have something like that in play... in the words of that one designer. Oh here go hell come.

On what grounds?

If I'm not mistaken, Wendy Williams (this morning said) something along the lines of compromising security (of the guests). The girl was smart though because she recorded the altercation off her cellphone instead of stealing the actual tape.
