Members vetsoapfan Posted January 16, 2018 Members Share Posted January 16, 2018 (edited) The show was so down-to-earth, naturalistic and character driven during its first decade, it was hard to see how trite and ridiculous it had become with storylines like Eterna. Comparing the story of Carla passing for white to Viki going to secret underground cities or to heaven on a spaceship...UGH. What a disgrace. Russell had not planned for this in his own projections. When I watched the clip, I did not even look at the character in bed; I was concentrating on the actress to identify her, as someone had requested. Still, my comment about TLJ is still true.
