Members Khan
Forgive me, but that is the most ethnic-looking I've ever seen La Lucci.
Members DRW50
I had the same thought, although I wondered if it was the lighting, or maybe a vacation tan.

Members SFK
She looks like a hot under-five from an episode of Sanford and Son. Who is Gloria Hoye? Edited January 1, 2013 by SFK
Members SFK
How sweet when asked about children she says, "a boy and a girl would be perfect." She got it. And btw, she went to Marymount, not Marymouth.
Members Khan
Yeah, you could see her as a waitress Fred would be leering at while Lamont or Grady would be telling him steadily to hurry up and order. Also: Helmut has no "h" at the end of his first name. Edited January 2, 2013 by Khan

Members ellabelle
My guess is she had a tan. La Lucci was much more tan in the 70s. She didn't really start to look pale until the late 80s or so.
Members SFK
She was wise to stop tanninng for the sake of her skin, but she and Mark used to have such nice tans when I was little. This was also before she started dying her hair a lighter brown, so she really looked dark and ethnic. When I was a kid, I thought she was Jewish. My grandma begged to differ, reasoning that she was probably Catholic given her Italian ancestry.
Members DRW50
Gloria Hoye was an actress on Love is a Many Splendored Thing, and later, Somerset. saynotoursoap has an episode of the former with her in it.
