That was a bad episode. Though I do miss Kevin, I don't miss the awful writing for him. I don't miss boring Evangeline at all. What ever happened to Dena Higley?

The problem is the halo was her character.

I'm trying to pinpoint when that happened.

I loved the character of Hugh Hughes. They should have put him with Kelly

Nat and Cris. What a great couple and I hated how they were trashed for John's sake

The minute she threw RJ under the bus.

to prop John, no less. I liked her until she cheated on RJ and acted like her sh-t didnt stink, all while the show tried to make RJ out to be the bad guy in that situation

Do you really think that? I go there too. But that has to be the easy answer. It must have come later.

She got very holier than thou when she staretd sniffing up John's rear. John = good and RJ = bad. They used Eva as a vehicle to get that message across. It was pretty blatant what they6 were doing

Not just that. They decided John was the premiere man of the show. To throw him into an interracial relationship, an interracial triangle, you better make sure there`s a higher standard of goodness applied to the BLACK GIRL. Huge step backwards, especially after a character like RJ.

 I think Money was talking about Renee's halo not Evangeline's, and I'm not sure if "halo" is metaphorical or a reference to her flapper wig.

* Heather Tom was the best Kelly casting. The only time Kelly wasn't a dismissible Maybelline cartoon was when HT played her.

* Nash remains Jessica's best pairing.

* Evangeline shined the best with John. With RJ, with Cristian (especially with Cristian...who in the hell thought that crap was a good idea?), and even with Todd, she wasn't impressive.

* Sans the pairing with Dorian, Jerry verDorn was better under Higley than he is under Carlivati.
