On a side note, Budig is really starting to look her age and not as youthful as she did earler in the year. He hasnt been a doctor at the hospital since spring. Why the heck would his card still have access? Because it would be awesome if everyone assumed it was Ryan, and so Greenlee terrorizes her and causes her to lose the baby, but THEN, BUT! THEN!! we find out it's really Frankie's.
