Y&R lawyers in the 1980s were Greg Foster, Mitchell Sherman, Tyrone Jackson, Michael Crawford, Glenn Richards, John Silva. Then in the 1990s Cricket became lawyer Christine and Michael Baldwin arrived.

I think the actor (John Castellanos) that played John Silva was married to someone behind the scenes of B&B. I say that may be one of the reasons his character replaced Michael Crawford in the 90's.

Yes, Rhonda Friedman. He had also played the attorney in Caroline's rape trial. I would not have objected to having both actors on the show. Michael Crawford was a divorce attorney and John Silva could have stuck to criminal law. I think Y&R had a bigger stable of recurring lawyers than other shows so they could mix it up a bit.

I think someone here a long time ago said that Crawford was seen as being too old. He had aged a bit but still looks good enough in car ads from around that time. I wonder if he suffered from being so closely tied to Brenda's Jill to where he stopped just being the town lawyer.

When Colby Chester had a mustache, he looked SHOCKINGLY similar to Tyrone Jackson's whitewashed alter ego Robert Tyrone.

I can't pinpoint when Victor met Cassandra, but Nikki meets her on 7/6/89.

In the July 9, 1990 episode we saw during the classics, an intoxicated Nikki refers to Cassandra as "the widow Rawlins".

MTS and Nina Arvesen were part of a soap opera week on Now You See It in 1989.

 

The last uploaded B&B Episode from Yesterday contained a promo for Y&R Sheilas Return from 2005 at minute 19:22

Nikki and Danny are introduced 7/6/81 and say hello to each other.

Later in Oct ‘84, Danny performs at Nikki’s charity ball. Don’t know if we saw this onscreen but it’s assumed that she recruited him to perform.

The 1988 date you’re referring to is 4/5/88. The writers apparently forgot that they met before, and Nikki and Danny act like it’s the first time.

Good question about Victor and Danny, don’t know if they ever interacted.
