TNT has done a tremendous job in promotion. It's a HUGE show to revive. However, once Laura Leighton was added to Melrose Place I saw much heavier press for the show and look what happened. There were so many terrible movie ideas over the years that I thought would end the franchise forever, but this one is respectful and true to the original.
