October 25, 201411 yr Member TNT seems to be the one cable network to not have any qualms about cancelling a show 2-3 seasons in. Sure a few other cable/premium shows have had short fates but TNT is quick to lower that axe.

Rumors are TNT is reconsidering the cancellation of Dallas and CW and WGN are interested in the show with some changes...I am assuming story changes and maybe a new EP....LOL....still some want the show back on CBS on Friday nights.

November 26, 201411 yr Member The campaign to save Dallas has ended http://www.soapoperadigest.com/content/campaign-save-dallas-ends Sad…but I knew it wasn't going to happen…there were rumors some networks wanted conditions in picking up the show…my hunch was scrapping Season 4 outlines and probably a new EP in charge. November 27, 201411 yr Member DALLAS 2.0 wasn't anywhere near the vicinity of being good enough to warrant another network saving it. "Legion of loyal fans"? More like stans out of touch with reality making a big stink!

November 29, 201411 yr Member At least this is dead and over. This show simply didn't deserve to continue. If DALLAS ever gets resurrected again down the line, I hope they totally disregard the TNT series as if it never happened. It's not worth acknowledging.

December 12, 201411 yr Member OMG! Linda Gray throws shade and reveals the horrifying fact that they were planning to add 'a second family'. Because the first family was so well written, explored and successful? Dear Lord, what the hell is wrong with them? https://metro.co.uk/2014/12/12/exclusive-linda-gray-on-dallas-cancelled-there-were-too-many-people-and-plots-4984198/

I am sure the new daughter would have been a child from Katherine. JR had so many male offspring and none of them were brought back not to mention Bobby's other son with Jenna. The show should have been built around that and not the Mexican Cartel and the other families on the show like Ann.
December 14, 201411 yr Member The most entertaining thing about Dallas is the person on TV by the Numbers who trolls the comment threads raging at TNT.
