I get the feeling like Adam's ultimate victim is suppose to be Sharon and not Ashley. Yes he victimized both women but it feels like were suppose to think what he did to Sharon was worse when it wasn't.

My favorite part of yesterday's episode was when Billy told Sharon "I guess that's the upside of having a sociopath in love with you" and Sharon's stupid look on her face.

I suppose Adam is going to get off now that Pomerantz is crocked. What to go writers, the only person willing to call out the Newmans on their hypocrisy is evil, figures.

Again CE had the sympathy factor from my point of you. Once MM took over the role ....Adam became pure evil with no redeeming qualities.

I still wonder how the scenes with CE would have gone with........

Brought to you by the Corinthos/Morgan School of Soap-Writing (Professor Emeritus: Robert Guza Jr.).

LMAO at Sharon's Duh face. I still like Adam & Sharon though -- quite apart from the fact that A. he's a total psycho and B. it makes Gorilla Boy thump his chest and get territorial. I loved how she told him to back the [!@#$%^&*] down.

This right hwere is the perfect example as to why it doesn't even make sense to make sense out of it. These writers try to make sense out of their own crap whichever ways their agenda wind blows, their approach is more like: it doesn't matter what the veiwer saw yesterday. Write yourself a scene that by your standards is open enough to completly change story direction, the viewers will eat it up either way.

I havee to admite, when Victor was on the stand a couple days ago, I got confused. He was talkiing about Ashley's best friend, and I thought to myself....

Who in the f*ck is "Olympia Vindles"!? Then I realized he said "Olivia Winters", and that he was just mumbling in his usual, inaudable way.

I love the sexual tension between Adam and Sharon. They are hot together. I can't wait for the bad cop story to end. I am now finally liking Chance. Ronan as Nina's son is great. I love seeing Cricket on my screen. All I need is Danny and I'm set. I grew up watching Nina, Cricket, and Danny. I just want Cricket to go see Phyllis.

    • This is (maybe) overly simplistic and nonsoapy, but Doug needs to go to Gamblers Anonymous, to deal with the addictive neurological excitement hits that gambling gives him - and which control his life. Vanessa needs to go to therapy to find ways to remain healthfully lusty and sex-positive, but to stay away from anyone who would demean her.
    • YT keeps commending GL clips to me. I discovered Kathleen Cullen was on in Christmas 1987. Was there any talk of making it permanent  or was this just a special visit? I wish they had made the visit permanent. I liked her chemistry with Grant Aleksander.
    • I'm not sure it's as unpopular as you think.  I just think the show knew they were in a bind, and needed a proven couple for the viewers to invest in. Trying to reunite Vanessa and Ross had just failed in 87. I don't think Ed and Holly's affair was well received, as Simon and Garrett had a brother/sister chemistry. Enter Billy and Vanessa, who give you history and an out not to try and do a Josh/Reva/Billy triangle, which would've really wrecked the relationship between Josh and Billy. I'd have been ok with trying Vanessa/Ross again, and doing a Vanessa/Ross/Holly/Billy quad for a while. I hated Nadine. HATED. She had to be the most insufferable also-ran before ATWT's Julia Lindsay. This is where I wish I knew Roger's history better.

    • GROSS. Michael Swan was hot back in his ATWT days. Now he's 76 and WAY past his hot years.
    • Since she kidnapped, locked up and tried to kill her father's wife I'd say that is still a pretty big deal
    • I'm good with the gushing, too. There aren't many soap icons like John Black, and that's important to celebrate and remember. And yes, life does go on for other characters, but as they say, timing is everything. Going sky diving the day before the funeral? And during a week of shows that were so powerful emotionally? No.
    • No. There might have been a slight pause for dramatic effect after his "death," but pretty soon after they showed him in France getting plastic surgery and getting involved with his doctor, then planning with her to bring Christina to France. (She thought he had good reason to do it; she wasn't a bad person or anything). Now that I think of it, there must have been some kind of pause before that, during the 70s. Rita was accused of killing a private patient for an inheritance when she lived in Texas. Part of the backstory was that Roger had been there, too. Not sure exactly when or how long that was.
    • I've already stated that I don't like Doug being written as this meek and submissive. It was so lame watching him leave her like that. Vanessa can divorce him, but she then needs to get her thot ass into therapy. She's not only having sex with every guy she runs into, but is now having  sex with a skeevy perv on a poker table. I'm going to give the BTG some credit here. For months, many on this board were delighting in the Vanessa/Joey flirting and what they saw as chemistry. I think we're now seeing what the writers always intended -- that Joey is a disgusting POS wannabe mobster.
