I may be in the minority opinion, but I was hoping that he was dead for real. How far are they going to take him now? Yes, he was the least annoying Newman, but that isn't saying much.

I didn't see MM coming back, but i did know Adam was alive. On this version of Y&R there was never any doubt.

Thing is, they made a point yesterday of saying no one has visited Hope's grave since Adam's "murder." That, plus the casting of Jeff Branson (ex-Shayne, GL; ex-Jonathan, AMC) in some "doozy" role has me wondering if MM's Adam ever was the real Adam. (Remember, too, that period of time during Lynn Marie Latham's reign when Adam was supposedly missing in Timbuktu....)

If MM Adam isn't the real Adam. Was the real Adam " Jeff Branson" was hanging out with the Real Philip in Aussie land.

Interesting take on Jeff Branson as Adam. i wouldn't put it past them to try this.

But I would not be surprised to see MM back as Adam-there was never any official statement on him leaving,exit interview etc and with MAB and company having such a hard on for the actor and character, this seems like another one of those 'shocking twists' that will change lives forever!!

Well, I guess this news will have Nelson Branco wet in his pants if he isn't already.

I like MM. I am not a Y&R watcher but I appreciate someone willing to play a badguy and I liked how he once said he didn't understand why Adam had to be "redeemed".
