Nina has two children: Bobby Warner (played by Brian Gaskill and Christian Campbell more recently: he is not her biological child but Cliff's) and Michael.

He was too busy flinging olives from his mouth into powerful women's drinks.... seems to be his thang now a days.

Damn. Sorry, Brooke. Maybe you should've passed Tad's baby off as another man's and cheat on him with his enemy.

It was very nicely done. I agree with the person who said the last 5 minutes were perfection!

At least they mentioned Ross & Petey even if they couldn't be there.

Haha, out of his ex wives Brooke was probably the best to him. Theres the stuff you mentioned that Krystal did. Dixie cheated on him and kept him from his kid. Dont know much about Dottie but read she manipulated him into marriage. Hillary would have been the best but she kept him from another kid. Brooke's been a good friend and hasnt hurt him like the others

what did they say about Ross? Also why was Nina in PV?

WTF did she come from? Is she now an angel of death, here to collect all the dead souls of PV?

And for the first time in at least over a year, my timer screwed up and didn't record this. I'm devestated. I will be able to watch it on youtube tomorrow I guess, but I really wanted a copy for my AMC collection--I know this is pretty lame, but I don't suppose anyone could help me out?

I thought the show was decent up until the last segment, which was absolutely perfect. The words the actors spoke, the picture collage, Dixie welcoming Palmer to heaven (a very very nice touch IMO and rarely do TIIC seem to think ahead like they clearly were when Cady was taping her scenes months ago), and the picture they chose for the "In Loving Memory" card. Loved it!

Anyways it's nice to see some positive comments. Coming from other boards I've seen David fans furious because Vanessa wasn't mentioned, Dixie haters saying the show was ruined because Dixie was on, etc etc. Good lord.

As for JR I'm going to assume there was some practical reason Jacob Young couldn't appear in the episode (although I can't think of one since they could have pre-taped something if he wasn't available the day they filmed the scenes at Tad's).

These tribute episodes rarely please everyone (I thought the Myrtle one was great, but some complained about Zack being so featured, etc, etc) so I'm not surprised people are complaining. The JR thing does seem odd though.

Ten minutes in and I'm trying not to tear up. The last appearance of James Mitchell was bittersweet. He is obviously not well, but still a presence.

Me too. I do take solace in the fact that his decline seemed, relatively, fairly quick (more so than, say, Ruth Warrick), seeming still be happy and in his right mind close to the end.

Agreed. Dixie calling Palmer to heaven and the falling pics of James pretty much killed me. Before then the episode was just alright for me.

I haven't watched all of it yet but Rebecca Taylor's script is too disjointed for me to enjoy the episode.

I'm crying. The final scenes were beautifully done. I'm glad that the ABC had the decency to devote this whole episode to honor James Mitchell. The one false note was Krystal. She was ridiculously out of place throughout.

Good night, sweet prince, and flights of angels sing thee to thy rest.

Okay, alright... you've sucked me in. This woman's script lived up to my expectation. It sucked! She writes blatant exposition, which is NOT engaging dialogue. However, I watched for the actors' performances which over shadowed this woman's piss poor script.

Oh good, I'm not alone in thinking that script was crap. I felt like everyone kept saying "I really miss Palmer" over and over again without actually saying anything of import. It was really frustrating. Adam's reaction should have been better scripted, DC can handle it and Adam deserves it.

I also thought the direction was subpar. And I hated that they were in Tad's ugly, tiny, plain, hideous, repulsive, dull, boring house.
