In regards to the Snoop OLTL theme, the more I hear it, the more I want that to be a permanent fixture

I was thinking the same thing! I was never too impressed with it, but now it's like a breath of fresh air.

I love how they have Snoop steady monologuing. :P

Well, I guess I grew up in an enviornment where it was never okay for a child to be rude and they didn't get away with acting grown, but I agree that OLTL is just in love with this idea of Jack being the bitchiest little kid around.

It's the way a lot of kids are written now. That's one of the reasons I almost never watch Two and a Half Men, that little boy was nasty and crude and we were supposed to guffaw on cue.

Everything with Jack is so forced. One day Tea is a mother figure. The next he pervs over her. The next he doesn't care about her. One day he cares about Blair. Then it's Blair who? One day Todd is the perfect father. The next day Todd is a loser he has to put up with. The only real constant is the labored attempts at smart-aleck dialogue.

As for them winking at the age gap, the question is why did they need to make this age gap in the first place? Even if the show needed boring Danielle, there was no reason she had to be a Todd/Tea child. It's not like her presence has been any help to them -- it led to the same dull non-scenes for months and helped drive OLTL to ratings lows.

Hmmm.  I don't know who to root for: Dani or Jack.  Eh...but they're both kids of that charming, dashing, debonaire, leading man Todd Manning...so, therefore, it's all love.

How do you feel about Starr?

Well, I did say a few months back that Jack should develop a mean crush on Destiny. Kinda like Dee and Little Earl on What's Happening!! :P

They should bring in Vivienne from AMC, Taylor's mother. Imagine the Evans's reaction if Shaun starts dating her. I miss that character.

No thanks.

Jack needs to stick to terrorizing his half sister.

Indeed.

Another minority under the bus.

What is with the abundance of cinder block in Llanview?

It got tired of resting on top of Cole's neck.

I want Vivian to be a permanent character as well, not only do I think her character would do wonders for the African American characters on this show, but for the entire canvas as well.

The same way I feel about Natalie.

There's an exception to the leeway of every legacy character, I guess.

Don't say NO NORA!

Vivian's beautiful!
