Members Soapsuds
Why is this in the SFT thread? I wish they would release the reunion even though for the most part it sucked.

Members SoapDope
Kevin Conroy left SFT to join Dynasty and we kind of got side tracked.
Members Soapsuds
Ah ok...hmmm...don't recall him from SFT...but I stopped watching after it moved to NBC. BTW Kevin hasn't aged well.

Members DRW50
Someone's put up some dubbed versions of early '80s episodes. The second one has the Italian version of the theme - I'd never seen it before. There was a better quality version put on another channel several months ago but this is the full version. victoria foxton
They used Toto's ''Someday i'll be over you'' as the theme. It's strange not hearing the smooth jazz theme. I do like seeing the characters appearing in the opening. Even though the opening is a bit cheesy. I wish i knew Italian. Members DRW50
Yes, I like that touch, although it is always odd when an opening has characters who left years before the current episodes... I see that second one also has a lovely Liza/Travis montage. If @amybrickwallace is still around she may enjoy that.

Members danfling
I think that these commercials go back farther than 1979.
Members DRW50
Does anyone know more about this plot? Please register in order to view this content
Members dc11786
I'm sure someone with a better knowledge of "Search for Tomorrow" could give you a more detailed answer, but the quick version is Grant played Rose. Rose was the young woman who worked at the motor inn that Jo owned and was secretly working for the mob. The poison soup plot was, I believe, a plan to discredit Jo and force her to close the inn so that they could buy the land. Rose's brother was Wilbur, played by Don Knotts. I believe Constance Ford replaced Lee Grant in the role.
