FV did not direct the winning episode, and directed 10 episodes in 2008 (and if wasn't for a crazy loophole in the rules, he wouldn't even be eligible to be on the ballot). And yet FV speaks. Don't credit the CW for the awards show being good -- it's the producers ATI giving it the respect it deserves. The CW is only airing the awards because MGM controls the airtime.
