July 25, 200916 yr Member I'm glad Lisa Brown is returning, they needs to make amends for how horribly they treated both her and Nola during the late 90's.
July 25, 200916 yr Member This is great news. Please have Michael Tylo return briefly, or at least say they're back together, and please try to make up for the way Nola was butchered in the 90s. And NO scenes with Buzz, please! Lisa Brown is one of the most underrated actresses ever on soaps. I hope if she does a good job they may have her go back to ATWT for some appearances as Iva. July 25, 200916 yr Member Reunite Quint and Nola!!!!!!!!! That is all I have to say about Lisa Brown's return. Edited July 25, 200916 yr by MichaelGL
July 25, 200916 yr Member OMFG!!!! Bridget, Nola, Holly returning, among others! OMG! I'm gonna have to check all this out.
July 26, 200916 yr Author Member And NO scenes with Buzz, please! Um...Yeahhhh.....And that's all I have to say about that one. You know, we give Wheeler alot of crap for the stupid things that she does and is doing, but I have to hand it to her. All these returns are very good things and in at least this part, she IS paying tribute to the show and letting it go out right. Now if only her creative vision and writing were about as good.
July 29, 200916 yr Member I saw on the latest SID cover "GL villainess returns! But Danny and Michelle are safe!" Does this mean Carmen is coming back?
July 29, 200916 yr Member It's probably referring to the return of Saundra Santiago (ex-Carmen) to the soap world as the recasted Carlotta on "One Life to Live."
July 29, 200916 yr Member It's probably referring to the return of Saundra Santiago (ex-Carmen) to the soap world as the recasted Carlotta on "One Life to Live." Ok thanks. I knew SID is the king of most misleading headlines but that is a bit too much.

No, "letting it go out right" would have required getting these actors back before the last second and giving them something real to do. I think Maureen Garrett's comments on the situation say it all.

August 2, 200916 yr Member OMG, Lisa Brown is also returning as Nola! http://www.cbs.com/d...ht/about/?sec=1 Wow, another great return. I wish ATWT would grab her once she is done with GL.
August 2, 200916 yr Member I agree, Vee! The stories are still very dull and there is plenty of room for real storylines with these returns. Look at Edmund, he should've been dead and gone, but he's back and so is Jeffrey when so little time is left! And also, instead of these cameos, they should've been looking at bringing these people back ages ago. Not that it would've mattered. I mean look at how boring Phillip has been since he returned.
August 11, 200916 yr Per the PGP Classic Soaps blog, Jay Hammer returns as Fletcher Reade on September 17th. Click the link below to see an upcoming pic of Holly and Blake. http://pgpclassicsoaps.blogspot.com/2009/08/oh-what-folly-in-addition-to-maureen.html#links
August 11, 200916 yr Member I will be nice to see Jay Hammer. But on the 17th?? I thought GL was done before that.
