Lillibet Stern then

LilibetStern2.jpgLilibetStern1.jpg

Lillibet now, according to Lynn Leahey:

ilibet Stern, who played Patty Williams back in the early 80s. She left soaps in the middle of a contract, eventually becoming a registered nurse. She's got a new career now — about six months ago she started her own company, coaching people for job interviews. She was so enthusiastic on the phone I could just imagine her motivating job-seekers. She gave me a few tips to share with readers, which will appear in an upcoming issue, and talked about the winding journey she's take since Patty caught Jack on her on their wedding day. She's about to launch a Web site — as soon as it's up I'll let you know!

I wish I could find some classic images of Andrea as Patty....

Damn it Jess Walton! I still (when I think about it) don't know why Jill is so beligerrent but that scene where Jill is saying "No one knew how to push my buttons quite like she did.." just has me eating it up.

Just like Martha Byrne is original LIly and not the actress who portrayed her before.

Lucy Deakins will always be Lily to me. ;)

I'd call you a [!@#$%^&*] for that. But I am gentleman and won't.

What the heck was Nikki wearing? She looked straight out of the 50s. Amber looked equally as bad

What the heck was Tyra doing at the wedding?

LMAO at Jill, Gloria and Jeffrey

That was the theme for the wedding.

I know Melody has control of her wardrobe on the show or at least a great deal more than that other actors, and if you've seen most of Melody's personal style outside of the show - it's VERY tacky.

Tyrant said Katherine called her and asked if Anna could sing at the wedding, so they were invited.

I know I wasn't the only one who groaned loudly when she said that. I'm so sick of that girl's singing

Good lord Sharon is pregnant now? What a mess. I really hope its Nick's kid. I have a feeling its going to be Jack's though

Im not sure if Im feeling Mac's makeover. She comes across too hard with the long hair and dress. I think I prefer the short hair on her

Haha, that makes sense now. Wish she had gone for something more tasteful though bc like you said, it came across tacky. The bottom of her dress was huge. She could have hid a person or 2 under there

Tyrant said Katherine called her and asked if Anna could sing at the wedding, so they were invited.

Ugh, I wish they'd both just go away already

People, there's a reason Bell got rid of the Brooks and Fosters and barely mentioned them afterwards...

I never understood why he did that. I would like it if some of the Brook's and Foster's returned. Jill is a Foster (well, she was) and he didn't get rid of her.

I know they weren't as popular with the fans of the show. I think that's why they were dropped in favor of the Abbots. I personally loved the Brooks and Fosters.

Jill was obviously an exception, given her ties to Katherine and the Abbot's.

A variety of reasons have been reported for phasing them out, one of the Y&R historians here might be able to provide better information as to why Bell did it.
