I could see the drunken bitch, getting fat and when thinking back on those years as a senior citizen, getting it into her head that she wasn't fat, but pregnant and the baby that she gave away was her own. This opens up the door to Jill's real mother coming to town, hell bent on destroying Katherine if Jill doesn't do it herself. I think Nikki being Kay's daughter would be just as bad, if not worse a plot twist than Jill. And sorry for not remembering you suggesting it at the time of the funeral.

I think Kay and Jill ARE mother/daughter. Clint probably called Jill about the non-DNA match just so he could give more credibility to that "I'm not Kay" note he forced Katherine to write before kidnapping her. :\
