Yippee.  Just what the free world needed: another long-ass article that seeks to plumb the depths of Bubbles' tortured soul.

I am way past giving a [!@#$%^&*] about this man.

So apparently the entire Arab community including Saudi Arabia and Iran together issued a joint statement opposing the movement of the US Embassy to Jerusalem

President Abbas  has reached out to Pope Francis and Vladimir Putin to intervene

So much for the generals who are supposed to be protecting us. This move makes every American here and overseas a target for terrorism. And this idiot is supposed to concerned about National Security?

I know there are so many horrible things going on here, but this act makes me incredibly frightened for the future of the world

^^

It's such an unnecessary thing to do as well. Jerusalem's status is such a controversial issue, and to do something like this is just like throwing petrol on a fire.

I'm not surprised. They will allow individual Russian athletes to compete under neutral flag though, if they can prove that they're clean.

As crazy as it sounds I swear I believe the far right Christians are trying to bring on Armageddon.  There was a Vice episode on just this thing. They are seriously trying to start the final war and bring Jesus back. This thread explains it.

I've thought that for a long time now. There's a great deal of smugness and self-satisfaction in many who go on and on about this - because they "know" that they will be saved and go to Heaven, because they are good people, while everyone else is damned.

I've been reading about the worsening crisis in Yemen, on and off for months and just a few days ago about their former President Ali Abdullah Saleh was killed by the Houthi (said to be backed by Iran) rebels that he once collaborated with. Apparently the rebels believed he was working with the Saudis against them.

Yemen has been the staging ground of the enmity between Iran and Saudi Arabia yet Trump Inc. is now creating such a mess in the Middle East that it is having the unexpected effect of united the Saudis and the Iranians together against the U.S.  Whoa!

    • I remember this being in the soap press at the time, they were going to be focused on rebuilding the Bauers, Reardons and Spauldings..and we saw they kind of just created a new Reardon (Chelsea when Nola was always supposed to be the youngest) a new Bauer with an offshoot of the main family,(Johnny) so I am sure they were going to do the same with Alan. New writers may have changed all that..(Long later brought  back Amanda for the Christmas episodes...leading into Alex/Phillip dethroning Alan.) I thought Poser should play an different character then Amanda...maybe an adopted daughter. We know Alan had a woman who he lived with in San Rios, they could have had her die and to pay her back for saving his life he adopts her daughter and trains her in all the ways to be a Spaulding. He pays a debt and he has a secret weapon to unleash on the family when he needed to so he keeps in his back pocket.

date: Tuesday, May 20 | Ron Carlivati, Cheryl L. Davis | Shelley Curtis Pack up your crap, Derek. And take that hideous chair with you, but don't throw out the food! We know you have a particular habit of doing that. Anita being nervous about Tracey's arrival is cute, and I love that Vernon joined her. I'm just hoping Sharon will join them soon. Tomas and Eva keep getting ... teased! I appreciate him filling her in on what happened with Dana and Katherine. Dana, what in the world are you working at?! If I saw you with your evil smiles in my hospital room as I woke up, I'd be questioning what nightmare I was existing within. I appreciate the continued evolution of Tomas' backstory and where he's come from. It sounds familiar to what I've heard from others, so it's nice that true history can be nodded to. Derek, there is no way in Hell Jacob and/or Naomi want your stank-gross behind crashing on their couch. Katherine better be careful; she keeps intercepting Dana at all of these places, and if she is not careful, she may become the primary target of her plans. Dante Greene? Is he the Barry Gordy Jnr of the story? I appreciate that Tracy has some genuine feelings towards Anita and their past history. But I appreciate that she is at least open-minded to reuniting with Anita on a personal basis; it'll be interesting to see how Sharon reacts when she arrives (I am guessing). Not the wig washing. Dana's personalities and wigs must be an ongoing gag. But good on Eva for calling her out about being falsely accused of running Laura off of the road. I've said it once, and I will say it again: Katherine should be a detective, because her instincts are sharper than sharp. Notes: Can we stop having the male actors on this show sitting on tables? It's such a pet peeve of mine. Like, chairs exist for your backside to sit on, not tables where we EAT! The top they have Tamara Tunie (Anita) in would annoy the frick out of me if that flower kept hitting me in my chin. I'd be pulling that crap off immediately.
    • Willow in red & I can just imagine a letter A emblazoned on it.

    • Just certain storylines. It’s definitely worth it to get caught up. He absolutely still needs to be recast.
    • Great casting for Tracy. I already love her.
    • I can't believe the gall of Leslie, but I love it! Makes great TV.  I hope they move on from this Ashley/Derek story about having difficult adjusting to living together. I get it. It's a thing. However, the way it's being written is boring. It should have been written for comedy getting on each others nerves. Maybe it would have lightened both characters and made them people to root for.  Okay. What happened to Tomas? He's improved so much this week! He is still a little dry sometimes, but I stick with him for now. I enjoy hearing his backstory and bonding with Eva.  Then, of course, Eva just rocks everything.
