Members NothinButAttitude
Yes. It was way ahead of its time and was the perfect blend of Law & Order, The Good Wife, and CSI. If P&G had any brains, they would've tried to revive this show at the height of CSI.
Members danfling
Above, it was mentioned that Stephanie Braxton probably enjoyed going from the role of Tara on All My Children to Winter #2 on The Edge of Night. (By the way, I think that she was a perfect Tara - even though Karen Gorney was my favorite performer in the role.) It was probably also a joy to again work with Joel Crothers. They had played a married couple on The Secret Storm.

Members DRW50
Not sure if this will help you or not: http://edgehomepage.com/storylines-1981.html They also mislabel April 23, 1979 as April 20 (I have it as April 23 on my channel).
Members amybrickwallace
What makes these episodes so fun to watch is that it's obvious that this was a very close-knit cast (as Sharon Gabet has confirmed in interviews the past couple of years). Many EON cast members are still good friends today and have reunions when they can.
Members NothinButAttitude
I find that to be a common thread on all the P&G soaps. EON, GL, ATWT, AW.... the casts always seem to have a sense of camaraderie that translated in the writing, onscreen, and off.
Members Doombuggy
Thank you. It took me a while to get approved. I am the one posting the 1982/83 shows. GH80sfan on Youtube. I ran into trouble this morning trying to post the next TEON segment, with the music at the video Disco apparently. YT decided to delete the entire video. So there may be some heavy editing coming up or I may have to skip large chuncks. Either way I am going to try to keep the shows as uncut as possible even if I have to switch to another YT competitor....
Members Paul Raven
Jayne Bentzen seems to have married well. Her husband Benedict Silverman, former president, chairman and majority shareholder of the Mortgage Corporation of America is very wealthy. He is donating in excess of $100 million from the sale of his art collection. http://howtospendit.ft.com/philanthropy/11681-giving-up-for-good
Members amybrickwallace
She sounds like a character from a soap - married to a wealthy man, an expensive art collection...

Members danfling
This must have been right before the addition of Lydia (Jane White) and Calvin (Scott Glenn). Also, I am surprised that William Prince is listed, yet Leon Janney was not listed as Eric Barrington. Had Stephanie already been murdered by this time? And, what about Susan Forbes? Had she been introduced or already written off? I remember that Lydia was a private nurse hired to serve patient Phil Capice. Why was Phil unable to speak or walk, etc.?
