This from someone who is blinded by Vail Bloom's looks.

Tammin does have talent. Did you see her on H&A? No? Didn't think so.

Christel Khalil is a better actress than Vail Bloom or Elizabeth Hendrickson will ever be.

As is Vail Bloom.

Un-freaking-believable. You call people insane because they happen to disagree with you and yet you complain about being thought of as a "people-devouring, anthropophagous, three-headed dragon that spits fire on everything he encounters on his way".

Please don't start this s.hit up again. It always ends the same way.

I've been hella busy, so I know I'm late, but Melody Thomas Scott can no longer be denied of an Emmy nomination. That was one incredible performance, such a brilliant monologue, and excellent delivery. And Jeanne Cooper? Sublime. That was truly classic Y&R. Y&R should use that episode for "Best Writing," and of course MTS as Lead, and Cooper for Supporting.

ICAM. I was wondering where you were, MTSRocks! I have been loving Nikki lately and MTS has been hitting it out of the ballpark with this story.

Yeah, everyone seems to be raving about Karen's wonderful insult to Adam. He definitely deserved it, but this hatred that the fans have towards Adam is only making me like the character even more.

Same here. My sister can't stand him, but I think he's great. :) I liked Karen's insult to Adam because it gave Nia something different to do, not because of a dislike for Adam. It gave the character a little bit of spunk and I liked the way she delivered the lines.

I was fixin to say something, but then I saw your post and thought - what's the point. Thanks for stopping me! :)

Yeah, it's time to freakin' forget about those fights. Y&rfan will never understand the stuff everyone is telling him/her, so why bother. Let's rather focus on the series and just let everyone post whatever they want. ;)

Still, this doesn't mean they'll actually do something with Karen. They'll probably drop her soon anyway.

Yeah, I'm thinking Karen's days are numbered. Which is a shame. Just if she doesn't have a storyline with Neil, doesn't mean she can't have a storyline with someone else...

I see karen gone again soon. But man should they keep her. Nia is amazing, and i could picture her paired with any male on this show and in just about any type of storyline. Karen could easily work with Jack, Nick, Brad, JT, etc... and cause all kinda of drama. She just doesnt work with Niel, IMHO.

The writers don't understand that. They obviously don't have that much creation to use Karen in other storylines. Which is sad because Nia Peeples is a very talented actress.

Id love to see Karen & Jack. Tho Sharon Case is way to weak to up against Nia (Hello, Eva Pigford getting eaten alive just being in the same rooma s Nia).

Nia & Don Diamont would juzt be too hott! Id love it.

I love Nia and IA, she could easily slip into another SL with or without being involved in the Winters family. I so hope they don't ship her off again... trying to be optimistic here....

Plus she could kick every guy on the shows butt!

I like Karen. I hope she sticks around.

I'm sorry...I wanted to KILL Adam when he fired Neil. From a dramatic standpoint, I love that he's a [!@#$%^&*]-stirrer.

I've thought of Brad and Karen too, but I wouldn't wish him on my worst enemy. Well maybe Sharon.

That was a nice little send off. I even liked the song playing.

Bless the Beasts and Children.

The song comes from the film of the same title, and was originally sung by Karen Carpenter. That film was also the original source of "Cotton's Theme" (which later became Nadia's Theme). Most memorably, the song was played when Snapper said his farewells to his biological son, Chuckie, to whom he had just donated a kidney. Chuckie left never knowing Snapper was his father. This scene is still available on Crackle, Sony's free "minisode" network. See below.

Recently, it was re-recorded by Michael Damian's niece (that was today's singer, I think), and played surrounding Lily's miscarriage. I didn't find it effective them...but in retrospect that is because CKLily didn't play the emotions right. I found the song was much more effective today, probably because young Jamia cried real tears. I fear she has been undervalued, in part because of all that annoying and inappropriate singing. Are these actresses coming back?

Translation: I have several opinions that some disagree with, therefore I am somehow considered inferior and "insane" and it's best just to ignore me. And if you feel the need to attack me at every opportunity, feel free to do that because after all, it is crazy old ME we're talking about.

PS. I'm a guy.
