I cannot abide Ronn Moss' depiction of agony. I really came close to permanently deleting my recording of B&B Friday. Why would a man in his 50s be so OVERWROUGHT????

I haven't read any spoiler warnings related to the question in the preceding post. I doubt it...I think the story was just a setup for Moss to over-emote.

I don't think age has anything to do with it. The thought of sitting by a parent's bedside when that parent is in a condition like Eric's would have any child overwrought. It may have been a bit melodramatic on screen, but isn't that part and parcel of soaps in general?

(Having said that -- and despite the fact that Ronn Moss is the worst actor in all of soaps -- I sorta love the snarky, poncho-wearing dude).
