Ugh, lol. Out of all the songs to pick for our state song, they would pick the show-tune.:lol:

I haven't seen today's episode, but I have seen all of last week, and I wonder...is it possible - just possible - Tina is not really the crown princess of Mendorra?

Not a fan of Evangeline, but I think it makes more sense to bring her back than to bring on a new character. Or at least write for Layla and RJ, which they haven't done.

I don't care if they forgive her. I hope she never forgives them. Hypocrites.

Today was a good episode. I didn't know that Tina was going to reveal herself to Sarah today, so I was surprised and excited at the end! Natalie is fast becoming unforgivable, but I think that's the point. I hope there's some great redemption arc at some point for her.

As for line of the year... "David Vickers... it's David Vickers!"

Aww the new baby playing Bree is too cute! Loved her smile and then chewing on the book when Viki passed her to Sarah

Enjoyed the David scenes with both Charlie and Viki...he was cute telling Viki to forgive Charlie

I really enjoyed today's show, especially since they didn't show that much of John, Antonio and Talia and that stupid LPD stuff.

Really liked David going to see Charlie and it doesn't bother me at all that he's going after Dorian. She deserves it, and I hope he does indeed clear Charlie's name or at least the fact that he didnt' take that drink.

As always, I love any Viki/David scene I can get. I just adore these two together and the friendship that they've built. Besides he was trying to convince her to give Charlie a second chance, which I loved, of course. LOL.

I kept yelling at Tina to show herself to her sister, I really, really want to see a scene with Tina and Viki interacting and not just Tina lurking, watching Viki.

I love Natalie. I love Natalie and Jared, and I honestly didn't have a problem with her blackmailing Jared's way out of jail. I just worry what else is going to be hurt when all is said and done.

Can't wait to see Jess and Antonio together tomorrow, because I think I'm in the minority when I say that I really liked them together.

I do believe that Viki and Charlie are going to break my heart tomorrow.

Loved Nat and Jared and the love between them. Those 2 have so much chemistry as a couple

previews...Cristian STFU. Where does he getting off talking rude to my girl? I hope she blows him off and makes him feel stupid

A great episode.

My poor Jar-bear...agonizing over everything. I'm glad that he's taking full responsibility for everything that's gone down. It shows that he truly is ready to face the music and take whatever punishment is coming to him. Natalie needs to chill the [!@#$%^&*] out and let him do what he has to do.

Lurking Tina was awesome! AE played those emotions very well, and I loved her reactions to Viki and Sarah talking crap about her. So glad she's finally showing herself to people. Can't wait for the showdown tomorrow! And yes, please, Tina, not Cristian's ass down a couple of pegs.

I loved David playing relationship-healer for Charlie and Viki. You can tell that he really cares for her and wants things to be okay for her. He can also see right through her and tell that even though she's preoccupied with caring for Jessica and Bree right now, when all the smoke clears, she's going to feel her heart going back to Charlie.

I continue to enjoy the dynamics between Gigi, Brody, and Shane. Brody's a great character, I think, and I'm not saying that because he is SO.FRICKEN.SEXXXY. What I see happening in this situation is something similar to what AMC did with Tara, Chuck, and Little Phillip back in the 70s. Little Phillip Tyler had been told by everyone that he was Chuck Tyler's son, but the truth soon came out that Phil Brent was his real dad. But, unfortunately, by the time the truth came out, Little Phillip had already bonded with Chuck so much that he rejected Phil immediately. I can see the exact same thing happening with Shane when he learns that Rex is his father. The Brody/Shane bonding scenes are some of my favorites, I think. How cute was the whole weight-lifting thing today?

Tension at Cramer Enterprises! Dorian stepping up and putting herself in the driver's seat is a joy to watch, as is watching the Buchanans squirm under her thumb. They're gonna have to pull something real quick if they want to get their company back the way they had had it when they lost it. As much as I'd love to see Gigi as Dorian's "right hand," I'm not so sure it'd make sense. I'm just waiting to see Addie show up at CE in a smashing business suit, ready to get to work!

I love TSJ/Todd, but its hard for me to get behind Tange. Vange should be too smart to hook up with Todd, even if he weren't a rapist. The fact that he is makes that pairing totally against Vangie's character. Todd needs a woman who isn't quite so bright or at least not as together as Vange. Someone with a self destructive streak. Tess would be perfect, except that they're related.

I hate Natalie right now. I want Tess to come back and make her suffer.

I am just really, really floored by her actions and attitude. Downright floored. I don't think I could ever hate my Natalie, but she is really, really disappointing me.

That having been said, the character of Jared actually stepped up and impressed me today, so that was nice.

I love Andrea Evans :)

ETA: Totally agree with MTSRocks about the actor who plays Shane.

This week has started out awesome making the show really on a roll! Loved Sarah and Tina's meeting. I'm glad they didn't drag it on, would remind me too much of DAYS. Loved David's reference to history. Just loved everything. Kevin Spirtas is doing an awesome job. I also liked that the show picked up with progression instead of from Friday's cliffhanger. Keep the momentum alive!

Also since I didn't get to mention it last week, Todd and Marty's first meeting was awesome! I LOVED the way the show played it off with Marty saying "don't touch me" almost like Todd couldn't figure out if she remembered or not. Only Haskell could do it like that. Only Haskell!

Go OLTL! Let the fire burn!

    • The rumor Zimmer writes about sounds like something Paul Rauch would have told Zimmer about Jacqueline Courtney as a way to discredit Courtney as Rauch loved to do that sort of thing. Zimmer probably just retroactively fit it into her story. Zimmer does not have good sense of time in her memoir. Who knows?!!? Zimmer strikes me as someone who always has to be competing with women.  Zimmer and 1986: If I had no context and someone told me that someone in the 1986 scenes would win four Emmys, I would immediately pick Denniston. Granted, I've only watched about a week's worth, but my word, Zimmer just fades into the background even when she's the main player in the storyline. There's no life in her performances. It feels that Zimmer is unhappy and that she's letting it impact her acting.
    • I'm dreading going into the ninth season; I've got to be mentally ready for it.

Does not help these seasons are damn near thirty episodes. Twenty-two should've been their cut-off.
    • True. I did enjoy the episodes surrounding Greg's faux death, too. @Liberty City Agreed, it started pretty slow, but once Jill falls off the cliff, I was more invested for some reason. Yes, I genuinely enjoyed the episodes surrounding Greg's fake death. I agree, it began quite slowly, but once Jill fell off the cliff, I became much more invested for some reason. I guess bc more of the cast was working together.
    • Shouldn't Laura talk to Kevin first before agreeing to her brother Martin moving in with them? Her house is like a hotel for people she never sees -- like Lucky, who she's unaware of his latest departure as a man who runs away from everything. Meanwhile, Lucky is busy giving away his cabin to Isaiah, who we've barely seen him with.
    • With Sean Kanan as Carl Ivati.
    • These episodes have been delightful so far. I enjoyed everyone who stood at the podium today, as it reminded me of all the decades of history.
    • I've actually enjoyed Lucky's return for the most part, but his "farewell tour" scenes this week are just so weird, and they keep pointing out all the opportunities the show has missed to make him more vital to the canvas. Like I think his scenes with Isaiah today--where he gave Isaiah the deed to a cabin Luke built--were the first time we've seen the two of them together all year. Why go to all the trouble to build up this friendship when Isaiah was introduced, when they basically abandoned it as soon as Lucky moved back to Port Charles?
