Adriana/Navid/Silver is the SAME story they did last year with Naomi/Liam/Annie. Naomi was so preoccupied and self absorbed with her own life that she completely did not see that her bf, Liam, was going through some family porblems with his (step)father. Everytime he tried to turn to her, she'd brush him off adn focus on herself. The only one he could open up to was her friend, Annie and the two grew closer, kissed and tried to supress their feelings. I cant believe they are repeateding that this season with new characters

IA on Ryan and Debbie. Im surprisingly enjoying them and they were hot. I really wish Rob Estes would guest star though for an episode or 2

Finally got all caught up on 90210...

This season is FANTASTIC. Where to begin? I honestly do not know. Annie/Liam needs to happen. I can not wait any longer. The sideplot o his brother is ok, but it seems pointless and going nowhere. The rape storyline was really good and i loved that oscar gave naomi the proof she needed. Ryan/Debbie is HOT! This girl Liam is living with needs to die. I feel really bad for Ivy. Why didnt they just give Dixon HIV? He has nothing else going on storywise.

Adrianna, please die. Navid/Silver is amazing. I love them, a lot. I really can not wait to see where this goes. And damn, Silver gets around the main cast of men. Dixon, Dude who left, Teddy, and now Navid. lol.

Then there is Teddy. What a great storyline, and its being done so realistic. Yes, its using every gay character in the closet cliche, but honestly i find those to be more true to life than not. Trevor is doing a great job of playing it al too. The self hate, the confusion, the fear. The scenes in the bar were the best so far, IMHO. I loved how he leaned in and kissed the guy in this last episode (and you KNOW someone saw that! they had to!)

I think i ahd read that trevor only signed on for 18 episodes, not 22. So he would be gone from 4 throughout this season.

Totally agree with your whole post JP, and thanks for the info about Trevor Donovan.

Teddy kissing Ian wub.gif That was great!!! Love where this is all going. I think someone might have saw it to. Could have been Silver, Dixon, or maybe random person from school that's going to end up spreading it around?

Ugh Adrianna. I can't stand her...I loved when Navid called her out and walked out on her. I thought that would be it, but no Silver had to help them reunite at the Luau dry.gif I think Navid has lost all interest in her though and it's only a matter of time before he tells her that he doesn't like her anymore and wants Silver. Or something like that. lol

Really not giving a F about this Liam storyline! I think it's so stupid...it's like who cares?? Those guys beating him up at the end was a weak cliffhanger

Also not caring about Ivy to much. I feel bad for her but that's about it. Really don't care if she starts a relationship with her dad again or not.

LOL @ Naomi lying about knowing how to surf. And I'm glad the show seems to be picking up more on her & Oscar's relationship because I think they are interesting together.

Ryan & Debbie are amazingly hot!! Love them!!

Ok caught up on 90210.

I love Silver/Navid, but it's missing something. Liam would have been better for this. I still think Silver's a skank and this will come back to hurt her in the long run. Getting to my next point.

Don't put Ivy/Dixon back together. No...some of you might think it's wierd but stay w/ me. Don't put Dixon and Ivy back together just yet, you have Adrianna find out it's Silver that Navid's been with and lead her to Dixon. Navid wouldn't like that, I don't care what he feels for Silver, he wouldn't like Dixon with Adrianna, and Silver that hypocritical skank in my eyes, b/c she's no cleaner than Adrianna, she would be livid if she heard her ex. moved on or was consoling Adrianna. That and we could push Ivy vs Ade. and cause drama w/ Silver/Navid going into college. That's my take.

Charlie needs to exit stage left and GTFO my screen. Poor actor, poor character, poor me. Liam and Annie need to be all systems go.

Oscar/Naomi need something to stop it from being so I'm perfect for you.

I like Ryan/Deb that should be juicy when Jen returns.

Dixon needs to embrace his music career, so does Adrianna, Navid and Silver have the journalism, Annie I guess acting right? Naomi, rich snot, Ivy, pure surfer, Liam, underachiever, Teddy, gay. It's getting better, but they got to fire Rebecca Rand Kirshner for me to believe in this show and the arcs.

Seeing how Dixon and Liam are best buds and Annie is the girl he loves, having Silver/Liam would have been more drama than this. This is making Adrianna's character look weak, and it's not like Silver/Navid are some huge chemistry filled couple, aside from Ade. reacting to this, then what? this is why it's way better if you would have involved Liam. But now I think Dixon is needed, b/c I bet Jessica Lowndes who has chemistry w/ anybody and Tristan Wilds who this season has been hitting that gym well, I mean I never noticed that kid until really now this season, he's turning into a chocolate cute desire..anyway start an angle w/ them and that makes Dixon and Ivy more complex and starts S4 chaos in college.

I squeeed when Liam told Annie that he loved her and they kissed, but it took too long and there wasn't enough of them in this episode. Liam is seriously hot.

I can't stand Ivy and her drama. I'm also tired of all these characters switching partners.

Could Dixon be more useless? He is played by a good young actor and had tons more to do on The Wire than he does on this badly written and acted CW drama.

THIS!

THIS! IDK what to say about Ivy. They might be trying to get her to replace Adrianna from what I can tell. B/c Ade. is pretty pointless now.

The best actor on the guys side, on this show. And this HW Rebecca Rand Kirshner according to one of my friends just doesn't like him. Could you imagine if Tristan Wilds were on GLEE or some other show? I could, he'd be better off w/ the sh!t this show gives his character.

From what I've seen of this finale until Jan. whatever, everything regressed on 90210 b/c of this epi. Silver/Navid isn't even a draw, Adrianna is pointless, Naomi is Naomi, a wannabe Kelly Taylor, aside from Liam/Annie and they pretty muched killed every other couple. What happened to Silver/Dixon? Navid/Adrianna? Naomi/Liam? Dixon/Ivy? what's the point following any of these RLs?

I love the teddy storyline. I like that it is moving slow and a supporting story as opposed to taking over the show like everything else on this show seems to do, lol.

Annie & Liam make me swoon.

As for Tristin, he is a great actor and has good chem with the cast, but Dixon is such a bore. Again, they shoulda gave him the HIV.

Oh, and ill take Ivy and her drama over Adrianna and her drama anyday.

Too bad. Of all the actors on this show, I would think that he could find another better prime time role given his work on The Wire.

The HW isn't any good anyway. The writing is poor and she squanders opportunities to build interesting stories.

    • It was just inexcusable. SMH. I'm surprised Lisa Brown didn't change it somehow.
    • So many things would have had to be different for Mary to want to go back to Reginald. It could have been interesting if it had been handled completely differently but as it was we had a very black and white Mary good/Reginald bad. If she had been able to ignore his worldly crimes and how he treated his own children there was still the fact that he had separated her from her children. Maybe if they had shown us more intimacy and affection between them and had allowed him to have real vulnerabilities it could have worked but as it played out they didn't do much to present him with any sympathetic hook. There are a lot of ways to define wanting things to work. Fans are mostly thinking of preserving or restoring characters and an atmosphere that drew them to the show. The sponsor may only be thinking of the bottom line. When a producer or HW comes in and decides that their vision will deliver for the bottom line and they need to fire most of the cast in order to do it it can feel very much like not caring.
    • I remember this getting a lot of criticism at the time.
    • Maeve breaks me reading that letter. If you ever need to cry, look it up. Other than the dopey line about Henry wanting to come home to Van's rice (or tapioca) pudding (VANESSA CHAMBERLAIN DOES NOT COOK, Y'all...) it's a sweet sign-off to one of the best father/daughter relationships on soaps. Other than Ross, and Bill (if he says something, which I assume he does) and the letter, the rest of it is BS. I haven't watched it in a while, but it typifies what I dislike most about events that should be laden in history. The writers are too lazy to do the work and get it right. And it becomes about making sure characters X, Y and Z make their guarantees. Roger being there is an abomination. Henry never ever saw Nola as a gold-digger. She and Quint were practically engaged before he even knew Quint was his son. Before that, he was fairly close to Bea and enjoyed Nola's spirit. And Henry never helped Rick become an Eagle Scout.  I get that maybe you don't want to play Amanda#1 or Dinahs 1&2, or Billy, Trish or Alan #1 clips, but damn it....don't make stuff up. I'd have much rather watched clips from Henry, Vanessa and Ross' early days than Rick blather on, or nuMichelle try and dig for a human-like emotion or wonder why after TEN YEARS, Dinah and Quint have never met.   Do not remember anyone named Tina. I barely remember Dahlia, and that's mostly because for a while, I saw Sharon Leal in everything after she left GL.   Reva and Josh airhogs? ALWAYS, darling. ALWAYS. RME. I hate to tar and feather Robert Newman with that brush, but DAMN.
    • Oooooooooooooo a Jazmen script off of a Sara Bibel breakdown.    I'm intrigued. Lol. Yeah, one thing I can say for sure...when SilkPress is about to have a crazy moment, they do give her music.
    • I am so happy now. Reminds me of the 80s show I loved. Ron really did the cast and fans dirty. The only people complaining are those who only knew Ron and his whiplash plot driven stories
