At this point I can't really decide if I liked the Z & G scenes today or not. Something seemed off to me. I could buy Zach being protector of SabineLee but for the "Real" Greenlee.... not so much.

Notice the shift today? In the hole, Zach had the answers. He was the strong one. Now some psychotic loon from his past takes a swan dive off the rocks and "Real" Greenlee has all the answers? All because she saw Leo die in the same place? I hated it. The entire discussion made Zach Slater look stupid to me.

Add that to Greenlee's advice to Zach saying for him to show that "that man" from the hole to Kendall..... Ugh. I wanted jab a spork in my eardrum. Uh RealGreen.... I know you've been gone awhile but hello.... Kendall knows that man. She MADE that man. She watched him fall on his knees in front of his father and beg for her life. This same man credited her, Spike and Ian with saving him. He wrote her a love letter worth laminating.

Day two of RealGreens and I'm sick of it already.

Pretty meh show

Loved Zach and Kendall snarking on the sidelines

Loved Dre and Colby

Zach and Adam scenes were intense. I can't say I blamed Zach for choking Adam...Zach wanted Adam to stop talking but he continued anyway. Sometimes you just need to shut the f*ck up! LOL. JMO

Loved Angie's 'What does it take to get a hug around here?'

always, I hate when you generalize. I consider myself a Z/K fan, so when you generalize like that - just argh. ;)

I could barely stand Zach today to be honest. That was no better then when Ryan or Aidan decide they can (judge and) man-handle people.

So Zach can taunt Adam about what a worthless father, husband and human being he is anytime Adam comes into his vocabulary, but if Adam gives him back what he's handing out - it's choking time? My allegiance was with Adam today. Adam didn't start with Zach, Zach started with him as some weird type of surrogate for JR. What the f**k did Adam ever really do to him for him to be so indignant towards him in the first place, going back to the beginning? Basically, nothing. A lot of people created who JR is, it wasn't the evil empire Adam doing it on his own, and who is he to be judge and jury?

Ahhh I'm sorry! I'm honestly a Zendall fan too! I'm just not a fan of the die-hard Zendall fans who can't look at their characters objectively. I was/am the biggest Tad/Dixie fan there ever was - but I know those two have both done some bad things and I can call them out on it.

LOVE your rant about Zach today Angela :)

I did not like the way that Zach was treating Adam at all. I think that Zach's overall attiude towards Adam today didn't make much sense, Adam only took back his company that Zach stole from him. I can understand his anger about Hannah and Ethan, Adam was pushing him, but Zach choking Adam was wrong. I also thought Zach toasting Tad and his awful marriage was strange. IMO, Tad has treated Zach worse than Adam ever has, he did frame him for murder and never apologized for it or even thanked Zach for keeping his judgemental, hypocritical self out of prison. I think today was just another "Dump On Adam Day" and they needed as many people as possible including Zach to participate in tearing him apart.

    • If Sally Field had been more generous about the writing I would say that her assessment is really very fair. I found Soapdish very funny. The cast is great. Delirious with John Candy and Mariel Hemingway (and Emma Samms!) came out the same year and I had expected to prefer Delirious, but Soapdish is one that I can watch repeatedly.
    • I love SOAPDISH but I think TOOTSIE is better. Generally I am quite fond of gender-benders. VICTOR, VICTORIA, most favorite.
    • On GL we only saw young GA's Philip in very short shorts but on AMC we saw GA's Alec McIntyre in a speedo.  But, on GL, an older GA/Philip is having sex with Olivia in a hotel room where Bruce Barry was directing & he & she both end up down to nothing but black underwear & at one point his bicep is covering her entire upper body so it appears that she is naked. I think they ended up on the floor between the bed & the wall. That was when I realized that Grant's body was better than Steve Burton's. (Olivia was cheating. Her husband Alan was in the hospital.) It is notable that I can speak with any insight AT ALL about these bodies since that is not the team I play for! LOL
    • I mentioned that last week and I am glad Tate and Sophia just realized that today lol.  I think the show is just tying up some of Ron's loose ends.   You would think Brady, Holly or even Marlena would have perhaps pointed out the age thing to Tate at some point. I am not sure I like this shift in Sophia's characterization though.  MK played Sophia as someone who always defied her mom's rules-she just didn't get caught.  She was openly trying to steal Tate from Holly with no shame, showing up at the Horton cabin in bikinis to seduce him, and blackmailing Holly to work all her shifts at the Bistro.  Once the recast started the show has acted like Sophia's lived in her room, sheltered her entire life lol.
    • I thought Dante was going to put hands on Gio
    • If Jordan never appeared again, I would absolutely not notice or miss her.  So, while Brook Kerr has her flaws, she at least appears to have a pulse and a personality as Portia.
    • That's because India, or the India MKA ended up playing, was created due to the fact that both she and Kristi Farrell were liked by TPTB, but the part they both read for didn't exactly fit either one of them so the show created two brand new characters for both actresses to play (India and Roxie) and opted not to cast the character they were intending to cast (A cousin of Beth's). I think that's why the show seemed to struggle at first with how to write both India and Roxie in their first months on the show because the characters weren't ever intended to exist.  And yes.. Grant A had a great body... but I didn't find him hot when he was playing Phillip.. only when he was playing Alec on AMC which baffles me since it was the same actor in both parts LOL
    • I shared this on Twitter and good grief the comments. Steffy fans can be such vile real-life human beings over a fictional character lol.
    • I remember Michael Logan interviewed L.A. actors/production staff about the movie. Susan Seaforth Hayes said she was dying to know Susan Lucci's reaction.
    • Thanks @Franko  @slick jones You may be interested in the Elisabeth Shue mention. I have to laugh that they apparently didn't even know Teri Hatcher was on Capitol. I have scans somewhere of SPW talking with soap actors about Soapdish. Some, like Mary Stuart, were not happy. I never had a lot of interest in the movie myself.
