Im so glad that Floyd and Sabrina were safe. Im not sad to see the female leave (I dont even know her name) but I am for Alec bc I liked him. He was the first winner and I wanted to see more of him

Anyone else sick of Mark Cuban talking about the billions he has and the billions he sold his company for? Im tired of his arrogant self. I want him out

They're married? I had no idea

I was shocked that Marc Cuban was in the bottom two. He and Kym did a great job and Marc was dashing, in step, musical and did everything right, as far as I could see, except his lip singing with the music was annoying. Frankly, I think he got caught in that trap of everyone thinking his fan base would save him so voted for others. If that is the case, he will get tons of votes this coming week.....and I hope someone tells him to leave the singing to the professionals.

My favorite two are Sabrina and Helio.....yea!!!

I don't think Mark Cuban has a big fan base which is one reason he was in the bottom two - he is known as a jerk. I missed the guys last week so I'm not able to make a judgement on their performances.

The music on this show freaks me out sometime. Wayne wasn't good at all this week but his music was the most fitting so far.

They just said Cameron's work load INCREASED this week. I don't know how you increase from normally appearing 4 or 5 days a week but cleary that stupid theory of voting for him so it airtime decreased can be abolished now.

Helio is also becoming my favorite. He's learning fast, Julianne is doing a great job and they display great performance and chemistry.

I'm kind of ambivalent about a lot of the others. On the one hand, I think they've done a much better job overall as a group in the first 2 weeks than previous groups did in their first couple of weeks. That being said, I haven't been particularly excited about most of the performances so far. Even before Jennie's accident, I just felt like she was trying too hard and she and Derek have zero chemistry. I feel like the ones with the most potential are either going overboard with it somehow (Sabrina, Floyd), while others (Jennie, Jane, Cameron, Wayne) are tense with either inhibition or they simply can't make their bodies move certain ways. I dunno. There's just something off to me about a lot of them, whether it's the performance, the chemistry not being there...

Guess, I can't say MC reminds me of Joey Fatone anymore since he shaved the facial hair. :P

Jimmy Kimmel and Kenny Mayne? Ugh. The long, drawn-out results aren't bad enough?

For some reason I'm not at all surprised that Cameron has a hard time just relaxing and letting go... I know it's unfair to think of actors in comparison to their characters and he does seem to have a bit more of a sense of humour than Ryan--and comes off as a nice guy but wow he needs to *relax*!

    • Yeah I saw it and it's still idiotic. I like the Pope, but it's not interrupt shows newsworthy
    • As someone who was watching OLTL at the time, Dano did excellent work, but the writing was weird. Dano even got Emmy nominated for what she did. However, it did feel that the writers did not know what to do with her, but to be fair, it did feel like a lot of that was that the character was a network mandate and the writers were making it up as they were going on. I didn't watch Dano's trek around all the soaps. That kind of thing would have worked better with an ABC performer not someone who had been off OLTL for decades. I can't imagine AW without Felicia Gallant. I really don't want to because she provided so much joy for me when there was so much disappointment on that show. The only time I thought her character didn't work was the John/Felicia storyline but it got Anna Holbrook an Emmy so I can't complain all that much. It's just another example of drama at the expense of character.
    • Bringing this over from the soccer/soaps ratings thread yesterday:  Errol said: "CBS put out a notice that it could preempt at a moment's notice as the Pope selection continues, dependent on how long it takes, of course." New pope just chosen, name to be announced soon. Yeah CBS-NewYork channel 2 is airing Pope coverage instead of Y&R right now.
    • @brisbydog - I like that you have a signature font, très chic Abe and Paulina's new apartment was the first thing I noticed.  I don't understand why people over a certain age in Salem automatically move into a condo? When it seems just as simple to make the set seem like a detached home.  But, I will give points to attention to detail of choosing colors that compliment the Black actors in the scene. Which then led to the second thing I noticed.  Why would EJ want Kayla's office, when his is 3xs the size?  Also, even if he buys the hospital, won't Kayla get to keep her office? Lastly, can we at least give Cat the agency to decide on her own with whom she wishes to date?  Do men actually need to negotiate on her behalf?  She's stunning.  My advice would be if Chad is friend-zoning her after a year together, move on to his richer brother.
    • OH!!! I love it. I can't believe I missed that. In one of the 2 fan events held the 2 years after the sorry end of our lovely show, both  Anna Stuart & Stephen Schnetzer attended & I got to talk to each of them. Obviously I was in heaven. Although at least I didn't do my shy star struck thing.
    • We probably won't get any of our CBS soaps today cause of the Pope stuff, cause you know they have to air it on regular network despite having 24/7 news channels

    • I still don't know when/how did Iris find out about Evan's connection to Janice?
    • lol Cass and Donna went on a bowling date!
    • As well as insulting our host, being rude to some of the nicest members who correct you, and having an inflated sense of duty. While others may be able to add numerous offenses, the egocentrism to force any conversation off-topic to focus on you is the most egregious act for me.  This is light entertainment, an interactive discussion, not the shallotpeel-hour.
    • Yes, that is why. I mean, not last minute but it was not what Shapiro originally wanted. First, she tried to buy the show. Then she tried to buy the character. Meanwhile several other companies also tried to buy the show.
