Give me links and I'll be honored to read 'em.

All I know is I'll never forget when that ditz on the Oxgen network (I think it was that) said something about how this woman should "do something" with her life and Patty got up on her ass, and said SHE IS doing something with her life, she is a housewife. (Or something like that; it was an example of an extremist lib feminist acting like homemakers are nobodies because they're not exploring "sexual freedom" or breaking the glass ceilings in the workplace.)

Of the co-hosts left here are their ages. Barbara's whole thing was a woman of different ages and different view points:

Joy Behar: 63

Barbara Walters: 77

Elisabeth Hasselbeck: 29 (30 in May)

I say they find someone in their 50s...Kathie Lee Gifford or my personal favorite Joan Lunden and they fill the younger co-host chair again! Find someone in their 20s and go that way with it...

I would suggest: Monique Coleman! I remember her from earlier this season and I thought she was great!!

That's it i'm done with The View. Rosie was the only reason I watched, she spoke her mind. I mostly agree with everything she said, she's one of the best talk show host ever. I love that she's a true fan of the guests and I hope she returns with her own talk show that I used to love.

As for her replacement, they were talking a while ago about Gayle King (Oprah's friend). I like her and I think she would be great.

But the view will never be the same

I agree with Josh. Monique Coleman is the one they need to get for their younger generation. She even said that she was interested in doing The View as a long-term thing and Rosie told her that they would talk with her people about it. I remember that episode.

My dream ensemble: Barbara Walters (on as little as possible), Joy Behar, Sherri Sheppard, Elisabeth Hasselbeck and Monique Coleman.

Would The View actually have 2 black co-host? I think they definitely should. I think that would be an amazing ensemble. Joy could become the much-deserved moderator, but I don't know how much that would work though. You have Joy and Sherri with the comic relief. You have Elisabeth with her controversial opinions and I think Sherri could go head-to-head with Beth. And then you have Monique that can keep the ladies "hip."

Ever since someone mentioned Kathy Lee Gifford, I can really see her in the Meredith role. I see her definitely being a top favorite for the running. I hope not.

Well she has the NAME, the CAREER IN DAYTIME TALK and would be the good mod...I just don't know...I could so go for the ensemble Drew mentioned!

People are saying The View will not make it without Rosie, I don't think it will be that bad, it won't be good...but I think they will make it!!!

She's VERY controversial, but I would love it if Barbara Walters and Brian Frons could lure Connie Chung out of hiding.

I heard a report she did on gay adoptions was so biased to the right and I remember when she also did Newt Gingrich's parents so wrong in that interview by leaving the mic on.

Connie Chung would be a very controversial hire, but she would be a great choice if they wanted to keep the ratings on an upswing.

I'd like to see Connie Chung be the moderator, with Sherri Sheppard, Joy Behar, Elisabeth Hasselbeck, and Barbara Walters in the other seats.
