What kind of place wants their workers to use AOL? That's just ridiculous. Thank god I now have someone competent in charge. Go Paige! Now....the weather is horrible. What is with the boards running so slowly the last couple of weeks? Other boards that have more members visiting is running twice as fast as this one. Well, if you say that you will be at a number at a certain time, be there! I have called this gentlemen three times today between 2 and 5 (he told me at 2) and he wasn't there. Members Sweet_VeeVee24 Posted July 30, 2007 Members Share Posted July 30, 2007 There is only 1 drawback to being in Cust Serv. dealing with folks that have your direct phone number...When customer have tons of complaints in the system, we are to contact the manager of the area that is having the problem.. Once we do that, we are to do a follow up call the following week to make sure if the problem was resolved. Well, anways, this one lady calls every freakin day...I told her, she will have to call the basic number because I can't always guarantee a callback to her....she had a fit..I had the manager tell her that she can't call me for every little issue; that she will have to direct all calls to the general number...LOL Today, however was a kicking day....I was up in the Switchboard area and all I did was transfer calls; listen to my music and checked SON....I get to do this on Friday too, and I can't wait.
