Luis investigates and discovers that a 'Luis Lopez-Fitzgerald' bought the acid used on Fancy.

Ethan advises Luis to turn himself in to the police.

Chris confronts Sheridan about Luis. She admits that she loves Luis, but she says that she wants to remain married to Chris and to be James' mother.

Ivy apologizes to Fancy for overreacting and admits that she thinks Luis is innocent.

Chris and Fancy join forces to find Sheridan and Luis. Sheridan tracks down Luis.

Sheridan finds it hard to control her feelings and tells Luis some troubling things about Fancy's past.

The reason about why Pretty is not in Harmony is revealed.

Luis and Sheridan become closer while remembering their lives together. They kiss.

Fancy begins worrying that the truth about her and Pretty may be revealed to Luis.

Theresa tells Whitney that she is now choosing Ethan, but Pilar may change her mind.

Theresa fires Vincent because he did not find anything.

A depressed Theresa wants to marry Jared in the hospital.

Ethan and Jared argue regarding the wedding.

Chad and Vincent argue then kiss.

Chad and Vincent have a passionate rendezvous before Chad dumps him again. Vincent secretly records the tryst.

Chad confesses to Ethan that he's having an affair.

Ethan tells Chad to dump his 'mistress.' Chad finds Whitney at the Seascape with Vincent.

Chad is forced to tell Vincent he loves him or the affair would be revealed.

Fox has a negative reaction to the treatment. The nurse is uncertain about the medication she gave him. Miguel insists that Fox is faking, despite Fox being horribly sick.

Fox pretends to be courageous though he knows he is receiving a placebo.

Miguel starts to figure out what's going on. Kay finds Fox pressuring the nurse. Fox's symptoms might be psychosomatic.

Eve has her doubts about allowing Valerie to find Eve/Julian's son.

^That was before cancellation.

Anyway, Sheridan has not been redeemed yet, and it's hard to tell how the scenes will play out on screen. It's possible that Shuis' kiss and reaction is similar to FakeCharity and Miguel's kiss in the hospital.

I've just never been a Fancy fan. Since the day she joined the show, she's been shoved down our throats with all her whining. Even though Sheridan is in a dark place now, I'm really rooting for her to be with the Luis. I've invested 8 years in that couple!!

God, I can't stand that friggin kid 😂😂
I was interested in Rachel, Sarah and Brady's scenes today and I'd like to see what this is going to lead to but I'm so tired of Rachel. And the fact that Brady is probably gonna let her get away with this crap is ridiculous. I really thought stuff like this was going to be ended once Ron left. And if Brady's not gonna give her a slap, he should at least have her little demon ass locked up in Bayview with Sophia. With the way that today ended, hopefully that happens.
Speaking of Sophia, she really was the topic of conversation today lol. Gabi using her own history to help Ari understand what Sophia was going through was a good idea. I'm curious to see if Ari knowing the truth about everything now will somehow play into this storyline, and lead to some more conflict for everybody involved, especially since it looks like they might be going there with Ari and Aaron. I'm not completely against pairing them, but I'm still not too sure about it. I can't really see Ari going from older bad boy Doug III to sweet nerdy good boy Aaron lol. Louis Tomeo's acting when Ari and Aaron went to see Sophia was a little... ehhh though, but I still like the character and the actor. And yes Ari, we wish your Dads could be in Salem for the holidays too 😊😊😂
And I'll always enjoy Kayla going head to head with EJ. Kayla finding out that Mark is working at the free clinic and being so insistent on seeing the lab could lead to something interesting happening. I wouldn't mind her, and even Steve and Stephanie being weaved into EJ's storyline as well. And now Mark is beginning to realize that everything at the lab might not be on the up and up, I'm curious to see how his part in this storyline is going to play out.
And once again, Susan was unnecessary. Maybe it's time to kill her, and Dr. Rolf off for good.

Crew Morrow acting was still atrocious and so was the actress playing Electra.
Everyone searching for Luna at night in the fog with just cellphone lights was hilariously dumb.😂
The reaction to Luna's escape was also entertaining. The acting was bad, and Steffy's reaction was over the top. 😂

They should have done more with her but considering that I'm not sure how popular she ever was compared to Meg Ryan, I suppose being more of a B-heroine was inevitable. What I've seen of the pairing with Josh has some compelling moments but is more about showing us he's a good person rather than being about Betsy.
The relationship does get one of her best scenes (one I'm not ever sure was from Marland or a strike writer because it feels much more out of control than most of his ATWT run), where she digs at him for sleeping with "cousin Meg" and when he can't take it anymore, nearly asks if he's going to rape her before she stops herself.

One Life to Live Tribute Thread

Thanks for the clips and mini-reviews @Maxim . I appreciate that you also recap the moments you don't show.
I didn't realize the hot therapist stayed around this long. I suppose it makes sense to keep bringing him back to unwittingly cause chaos. About a year before this Another World had an evil female psychiatrist, plotting to get a man. There was something in the water in those years as the big screen and softcore movies loved that theme too.
The scene with Viki and Bo is moving, but I wish they'd brought up Viki's late husband, Joe. Like Sarah, he also "died," returned from the dead, and died for real. I guess they may have thought connecting to recently deceased Megan was more organic, especially as Sarah was her sister.
The Dorian on display here is who we'll be getting for a while to come, just in a much more outwardly neurotic and histrionic form once Elaine Princi is gone. I don't love when the show uses Dorian this way, but I know they need her to move the plot along. The moment where Viki nearly snaps is great.
Your mention of the "circus" with characters like Alex reminds me of how some fans talk about novelas, and the cores of them. They too are critical of some that have a "circus" atmosphere. Alex would probably fit into that type of show. Actually, much of OLTL at this time does remind me of them - Blair's schemes with Asa, Addie and the scissors, Clint/Viki/Sloan, Dorian, Luna and Death, Marty, Suede, etc. That high octane, operatic feel.
