Mulder, FF played Stefano, I believe it was the early 90s (90-91-ish). I never actually saw him, to be honest. But if it's not Joe Mascolo, it's not Stefano. Therefore, Fata was automatically a bad recast.

Frank Fata was good, but just not right for Stefano. I didn't really like him that much.

I have to say that there have only been two recasts that I deem the "worst"...

Charity Rehmer (Belle#2, Days)- she only last two weeks before getting the axe. They even acknowledged that she didn't understand scene blocking. And she was just too darn tall!!

Melody Anderson (Natalie #2, AMC)- I was happy when they killed her off. I remember her being blind and thinking "dumb and blind... what a cliche!"

She was HORRID as Ashley, I always thought she got the job as a favor to her hubby at the time Ronn Moss; it sure wasn't due to her talent as an actress.......
