This is old but Sandra Ferguson as Brooke on B&B. God, she was so whiney! I know KKL isn't adverse to the odd tear or two but she just floated around like some kind of Stepford Wife. Thankfully I don't think she ever had any scenes with Stephanie. Mostly just clawing at Ridge through prison glass.

Livingstone as Emily on GH is another option. Just when you thought there couldn't be a character more self-righteous than Robin...
