Natalia Livingston has never had emmy material either yet she's a winner.

Natalia's also on ABC :D Had Sweeney been on ABC for 13 years instead of NBC, she would've had about 5 Emmies by now.

Not Emmy worthy material. I will say that the ONLY material Ali did that was worthy of an Emmy was her scene with Austin Peck in 2002 when Austin left Sami at the altar in Las Vegas. Sweeney owned those scenes and she was snubbed. Nothing's she's done since then impressed me.

Are you for real?! I LOVE Alison Sweeney!! She continues to impress me everyday!

You can love her all you want. I have been an Alison Sweeney day since I started watching the show back in 96. As one of her biggest fans, even I can admit when her work's not good. Her work for the past 4 years has not been Emmy worthy. Plain and simple.

That pre-nomination list sounds like a joke to me. One, the year hasn't even ended yet and Days has already did the pre-noms? I don't think so. And if that's the case, why nothing official has been found. I think this is just someone picking their faves. What has Nick Fallon's character done in the couple of months he's been on for the actor to even be pre-nominated?

I may be the only one who didn't find her performance there to be all that. She has had some moments (Sami's goodbye with her family before the execution being the main one), but I usually don't find her more than average.

WTH? Blake Berris?

James Reynolds should DEFINITELY be on there for the scenes where Abe found Lexie and Tek at the motel. Other than that, I guess I'm more or less satisfied with the pre-noms.

I also think that Jame's Scott should be on there. I think he plays evil so well.

James Scott is good but I don't think he's done anything Emmy worthy so far.

What about Martha Madison? She had some good material with the fall out about Claire. Also if that Nick kid can be on there then I definetly think Brandon Beemer should be.

I thought you had to appear in around 65 or more episodes for the calendar year of 2006 to be nominated/pre-nominated for an Emmy. Blake Berris doesn't qualify anywhere close to 65 episodes.

Martha deserves a nom for when she lost the baby.

Martha deserves a nom for when she lost the baby.

That's true. I KNEW Martha had done something really well this year but I couldn't remember, bc I was thinking she should have been on there.

Yes when Belle lost the baby that was an awesome episode. There was alos the scene where she talked to Marlena/Her sisters and stuff that were very heartfelt.

I don't think Blake Berris has enough episodes yet to even be considered? That is the thing that makes this unreliable to me.

Martha Madison and Jim Reynolds should also be on that list. Ali was good in that scene but she shouldn't be on the pre-nom list this year. She didn't have the material other then that one episode.

The list should be this:

Lead Actor: Peter Reckell, Stephen Nichols

Lead Actress: Kristian Alfonso, Mary Beth Evans (not really lead but she can submit her recent stuff)

Supporting Actor: James Reynolds, Bryan Dattilo/James Scott

Supporting Actress: Martha Madison (has loads of material), Renee Jones/Julie Pinson (I have no idea how to choose between those two)

Younger Actress: Rachel Melvin, Ashley Benson

Younger Actor: Darin Brooks and probably Jason Cook even though he doesn't deserve it.
