But that's what I am suggesting happen to E.J. He won't last through this contract. But he'll be back a la Stefano or Steinbeck from ATWT or any f-ing number of Cassadines from GH.

I agree about EJ. I think he will last as a character but he will eventually go the route of Stefano and be an on and off character, which is what I like because when Stefano become a Salem resident he went downhill as a character.

I don't care as long as Scott and this character are used to the fullest potential like we have seen so far.

Y'all might be right about EJ, but I just can't imagine Days letting him go any time soon. He's deliciously evil but still just enough gray to keep him viable. I'll be surprised if they have in mind for short term.

Stefano never raped anyone.

Never said he did. Just meant he and Big Al did several dastardly deeds and didn't have to leave canvas (though both eventually did) just because of said evil deeds.

The more I see of E.J., the more I *KNOW* James Scott will not be completing that three year contract.

I agree!!

EJ is absolutely not going to be here for that long. I see his character only becoming more and more volatile and unstable characters NEVER last long on soaps.

So far Patrick, Tek and now EJ are becoming more and more unstable, I predict ALL 3 of them will be gone by this time next year!

You're all smoking green! James Scott is here to stay!!!! EJ is the biggest breath of fresh air this show has seen since Joseph Mascolo started as Stefano. He's becoming really sinister and has the potential of being the greatest DAYS villain of all time. You can tell Hogan loves him. Ken Corday obviously loves him. I think you're all throwing the towel in too soon.

James Scott will be here through his 1st contact, 2nd and so on...

For ALL our sakes, DrewHamilton, I pray to God that you're right. EJ truly is the breath of fresh air you say, and I'm glad it's not just me who thinks he could be the next Stefano in terms of prominence and popularity. James Scott has 'It.' EJ has 'It.' This character could be HUGE. And I hope Hogan and Corday see that.

Right now, E.J. is going the very same route as Stefano went when he first came to Salem. He was considered one of Salem's leading citizens, until Roman uncovered a drug ring that he was the head of. When Roman tried to stop him, that's when he turned evil, and vowed to destroy Roman for getting in his way.

E.J. is following in his family's footsteps, and IA that if he goes completly evil, he needs to disappear and then return to wreak havoc. If he does evil and stays on, it will dilute the character. But, I do think he'll stay on contract. They already f'ed up with getting rid of RJ. It would be beyond stupid to build up James's charater to suddenly get rid of him now, when he will probably be the head of the family.

Well.....he sure enjoyed himself with Gina/Hope....who he brain washed....who would never, ever willingly/consciously sleep with Steffy

Are you kidding me? If you nit-pick then yes, Stefano raped Hope. Happy?

Exactly. I see this happening as well.
