I liked HT, but IMO she left and now we have a new Victoria and I see no reason to write her off just to lure HT back.

Heather is Victoria. She infused the role with strength, confidence and the right amount of vulnerability mixed with bravado. Her incarnation went toe to toe with Victor, Nick and anyone else who walked her path. She already has the following and built in chemistry with her family.

Amelia is a capable actress who has been stilted in the newly created "Stepford" wife persona. She hasn't been playing Victoria Newman since her hire, but cheap immitation. That's no fault of her own, but I could buy Vicki letting her guard down because Tom will play if off in a way that her character will reassert herself.

I'll admit one good thing about Heather coming back. She has AMAZING chemistry with Christian Leblanc that was never fully carried out.

I hated Heather as Victoria and no way want her back in the role. I much prefer Ameilia and they should leave her here

Thats how AH's Victoria was as well her first few months last year but the writers dropped that after she got involved with Brad. We saw some of it again when she fount out about Sharon but unfortuently the writing isnt there. Amelia does phenominal with the material when its given to her, but too bad its not that often

Victoria has never really been one of my favorite characters and part of that is because Heather Tom was so good at playing the !@#$%^&*]. It wasn't until Amelia Heinle took over the role that I realized I actually enjoyed the !@#$%^&*]y Victoria a lot more than the current incarnation. So, I wouldn't mind if Tom returned to the role.

I also think she had tons more chemistry with much of the cast than Heinle. I think Heinle does have a little chemistry with Thad Luckinbill, but they don't seem interested in doing a Victoria/JT storyline.

Heather Tom is the ONLY Victoria Newman, daughter of The Great Victor Newman.

Amelia is aight, but Heather Tom is the $HIT.

Y&R would be a fool not to try and get her back. She has great chemistry with EB, JM, CLB, DD, and her Vicki can wipe the floor with Sharon and Brad in one fell swoop!

I found Tom's portrayal one dimensional. She may do bitcy better but Victoria is !@#$%^&*]y 100% of the time and even when she wasn't being !@#$%^&*]y she came off that way. I say leave Victoria as she is.

I'd love for Heather Tom to return (she always kept the character sooo much more interesting than AH) but I can't see HT married to Brad. Amelia yes, Heather no. They just don't seem like a fit to me. If Heather was to return, than I say axe Brad/Vicky and have Victoria move on. Besides, we all know Bradski's in love with Sharon.

I believe it is time for Heather to move on to bigger and better things. I'm convinced she has the talent to do more than soaps. She was totally wasted on OLTL. I think she can do primetime or movies if she wants. I also think she is incredibly bright and would do very well behind the camera as either a director or producer.

Amelia very rarely impresses me.

I want Amelia to stay in the role. I really like her as Victoria. I only liked Heather as Kelly on OLTL. I couldn't stand Victoria when she was in the role.
