Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Completely agree and that's the fun of it for me. Angel has been a flop all season and this trip continues that trend. The difference, however, is she's making Gizelle and Ashley miserable this time, so I'm here for it. That's my take: I find this funny to watch. One thing I note about Angel's house: the principal rooms (kitchen, living room etc) all felt on the small side. The other thing was that firepit with her husband's friends...and that one particular guy smoking a cigar. They were all basically rude to the rest of the ladies.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
POTOMAC I don't even care that Angel has organized a flop of a house that doesn't have running water because she's made Ashley and Gizelle miserable and for that I salute her. Ashley really is sour, especially in her VT's where she's wearing a wig with a hat on top. Gizelle is such a control freak about wanting to be top dog on this show. If she just relaxed she'd come across so much better. Stacey continues to really make me laugh. Monique is putting her own stuff on Angel's marriage and I don't see the parallels. What I observed with Angel and her husband is the dynamic where the spouses check in with each other to make sure things are OK. That's called communication. BH I got through this week's episode. Take it from me, this season is dry and the only thing going on is Dorit's divorce and she's letting it all hang out. Sutton remains insufferable, but she appears to have had some really good work done on her face and looks great. Jennifer Tilly remains hilarious. Kathy remains an interesting facet. Other than that, there's nothing going on. The new girl, Amanda, is a total flop.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
I agree with you. The production dropped every storyline that wasn't about the women ganging up on Meredith. Is that the deal they cut with them or did production not have any faith in what the women could bring? Maybe both?

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
I agree that the season steadily declined after a strong start. However, but for the pile up on her, what did Meredith bring to the season? In my view, exactly nothing. She has nothing going on and hasn't for at least a season or two. I think it may be time to 'pause' Meredith. It was like production decided to make piling on Meredith the A storyline for the season and it did not work at all. There is no reason for it and it felt illogical and incredibly forced. The finale felt very produced and inauthentic. The producers need to realize you can't catch lightning in a bottle and it would have been far better to have a real, pleasant conclusion to the season, than the crap we just endured in the final episode. Heather's role is a problem. She cannot continue to be production's helper. We should have seen her creating the documentary series that's aired on Bravo concurrently. She also comes off really sanctimonious and I don't think anyone enjoys that. We also saw nothing of Whitney rebuilding her business, dealing with the financial fallout, the tension with Justin. None of it. The storyline about Lisa's lawsuits and money was also dropped. We never got anything on Bronwyn and the criminal issue in her past. She at least contributed the implosion of her marriage to the odious Todd. Mary is great for reactions, but she had a lack of storyline on her own. Angie still has life left in her and Britani had no issues letting it all hang out with her dysfunctional Osmond relationshit and her terrible behaviour with her daughters.

I certainly do. If he's in this show, Bravo fans are not ready. He is totally original.

ARTICLE: E! Lands Canadian Broadcast Rights To ‘Beyond The Gates’
Just a hunch on my part, but I expect the CTV Drama Channel to be rebranded into something else or shuttered imminently given it has nothing original airing and the branding is not reliant on a third party licensing deal, unlike the E! channel. Bell Media has been trimming its content offerings and channels for some time now to run leaner. For years it had many specialty channels that it has let go of over the last decade plus.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
I cannot agree more! Finally, Angel's tagline about hell having no fury like an Angel scorned makes sense. She delighted in giving Gizelle and Ashley a taste of the hazing they've put her through. It blows me away that Gizelle and Ashley can be so bewildered at Angel's revenge on them. Don't they realize they've been totally and utterly shitty to her? At Monique's event, Ashley was sure sucking in her cheeks hard to try and give off haughty frustration. She just comes across like a total arsehole. She really is a piece of work.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
I watched all three parts today and I think it basically summed up the issues with Mary's church that came out a few years ago. None of that was a surprise to me. What did surprise me was the audio recordings of the man who was Lisa's friend and claimed to have had an affair with Mary and mortgaged his house for her. Now that was a smoking gun. Robert Sr. came across as the real villain of the piece. From his marriage to Mary's grandmother, to how he treated those boys who lived with her, to how he got together with Mary after she'd been ex-communicated by the grandmother, while still married to another man...I can see why he doesn't want to appear on RHSLC. I don't think this documentary will make a dent in Mary's popularity or return for next season.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Based on their interaction at BravoCon and the interview, we know that Stacey loves Karen. I think Karen will return and thrive because the pretence is over. She’s been tried, convicted, served her time, and is now going to tell the truth.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Tia is easily the best newbie. Angel is easily the worst newbie. She talks a big game in podcasts and in the after show, but she falls absolutely flat during the show itself. Stephanie and her private plan etiquette on RHOM is a close second, but her reactions at the reunion kind of spared her for me. Stacey Rusch is a queen, icon, legend, and she is the moment. She made Vanity Fair for goodness sake. Talk about length, talk about drama, talk about stones, talk about comfort so lightweight...nobody can touch her level of epic at the moment. No season 2 curse for this lady. Season 2 blossoming is more like it. Her sit down with Carlos King is worth a look: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4L5RsrXXVkM

Just finished it. What a stark reminder of what once was. The number of different storylines running at the same time, every single scene scored with perfect music, the Chancellor mansion set being filmed from pool through to the living room, and the amount of storyline accomplished in 60 minutes. The number of characters appearing. The extras! The clothes. The sparkling jewelry. They got more done in 60 minutes than the show gets done in 6 months.

Y&R: December 2025 Discussion Thread
I have tuned in for a few episodes over the holiday season. For reference, the last time I tuned in was when Jess Walton last appeared and she visited Cane on his train set, proving how incredibly good the lighting on that set is… The show is insanely boring and dull. Absolutely nothing happens. The direction is lifeless. The dialog is repetitive and flat. The music is non existent. Bill Bell is surely rolling in his grave.

Yes, and they weren't junk throwaway scenes for filler either. I hope that we're seeing an increase in episode presence for Kate and Philip coming up.
