  1. What a nice great group of people. I had no idea. And Josie Bisett and Andrew Shue have NOT aged at all. WOW
  2. The choices for classics of Y&R continue to be so much better than anyone could have imagined. The Victor&Nikki week sounds amazing. I would have never dared to dream that CBS really means CLASSICS as in episodes not seen in more (!) than two decades (!).
  3. Not surprised at all by the choices for the weddings... They seem to stick with idea to only showcase episodes with ties to current actors/characters. Both Palm Springs and Malibu have re-aired before, but it's nice that they are included. As for the rest: Bill & Katie is a nice treat becuase it also involves some location scenes and has not been seen in more than a decade.
  4. Sorry, that was a typo... September 13´, 1989 By demand: in case somone missed episode #677 https://wetransfer.com/downloads/caae2cad9fbc97bd8bc280f5c6aef9d620200426165355/8bedbfd45edaaba993c7f0b462d68fe620200426165605/3df271
  5. Jeff Trachta premiered on September 19, 1989. Airdates for 1989 are mostly confirmed; you may check IMDb. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0092325/episodes?year=1989
  6. I hope so. it will be a fascinating treat. However, we have to keep in mind that the episode from 1981 in its original airing was probably 8-9 minutes (!) longer than what CBS will now rebroadcast. So a lot of scenes will end up on the floor of the cutting room...
  7. Wow!!! Never thought we would get an episode from that early
  8. Is it a „new“ episode for us here at SON? Or is it already online? kudos to CBS for digging rather deep in the vault
  9. Sounds like a more diverse Choice than what CBS has been dishing. Maybe they will follow suit...
  10. Episode 5000 was really nice. One of the very few times that B&B actually celebrated an anniversary/jubilee on-Screen.
  11. Damn! It was just going too swiftly. Hopefully she will be able to continue with her uploads. And I feel VERY GOOD that I saved all episodes from YouTube.
  12. Much appreciated! I always liked the Bridgets and thougtht they were pretty strong - hence some of them switched to primetime shows... Steve Hartman/Rick wasn't too bad either - but of course the character was very annoying although much of his resentment was understandable. I'm really curious to re-watch this time epriod because in my memory I had a rather long Summer avacation and the VCR ran out of tapes quickly... Meaning I missed a couple of weeks and the show I then saw after my return seemed soooo different story-wise. KInda like when KImberlin Brown's pregnancy totally disrupted storylines in 1997-1998...
  13. Don't know the airdate but Victor's and Ashley's scenes were used A LOT in flashbacks in later years, I think.
  14. The Tyronne actor left for primetime at that time, I think
  15. My thoughts exactly: plus CBS does not have any episodes „at hand“ in HD Because the earliest for CBS AA were from around 2014. and we don’t know if Someone at B&B is around the vault to edit out 1-2 minutes per episode from everything earlier...
  16. Can anyone of you this episode to play and would be so kind to share? I always receive a copyright warning... Episode 2243 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wVG3ZQe-jTc&list=PLLhgcmQlQRrUbLOSnp7IcCT0tRFqGmBYO&index=66
  17. Most European shows start with the openings credits and don’t have a first opening arc before it...
  18. I think they did not intend to fire Dickson and therefore hired Walton as a temp. But Dickson was missing out on so many scheduled shows in 1986 and 1987 that they finally had enough. Brenda claimed in one of her blog posts years ago that she was suffering from severe PHYSICAL pains back then and felt extremely under the weather for motnhs and that Y&R producers didn't care and forced long work days on her. Judging by the fact that she got no following gigs, I assume that either addiction or her persona (psycholgial health) were the real factors for the dismissal.
  19. The uploader is on a roll!!! Super rare to find: nearly 250 consecutive episodes from 1995-1996 I have not seen since they aired originally... Check out the Playlists!!! There's LOADS of soapie goodness - in German though.
  20. Without checking my records, I think this aired in April 1992...
  21. These episodes are already up on CBS all access or used to be. Plus they need no editing for runtime and upscaling for HD. Maybe that’s why CBS chose to run the more current episodes from 2014 which are visually Stunning
  22. Sooo cool - Brad and Lauralee 🤣
  23. +[100 One of the treats of MABs Y&R was bringing so much of the old music back. Thanks JFP for getting rid of it again. Isn’t Dobson just the music coordinator and RC Gates of GH is the composer??? Thanks. Is there any OTHER site or place? 😜
  24. Any place where I can find the classic episode to stream/download?
  25. To all the experts: Is this an episode that was uploaded before? If so: what's the airdate?
