It's not a lawsuit. I feel BL wants to reveal to Rocco how he was conceived and given birth to. That Britt stole the egg and sperm from lulu and Dante. Britt then gave birth to Rocco. Dante & lulu didn't know for months. BL has gone too far I hope this backfires magnificently
