  1. You wrote these posts when the November 2024 election results first came in. Some may have thought you were catastrophizing, but you weren't.
  2. I don't think Damian is the killer. There was a scene where he discovered a knife in the dining car of the train and showed it to Lily, and it has his fingerprints on it. That tells me he's not the killer. But yeah Chance is obviously the victim. And JG is doing "mistaken-identity-knifing" again, because JG repeats things. I will try to recall this from memory. I might make a few errors but here is the gist: Victoria and Amanda look nothing alike, but when Amanda was new in Genoa City, Amanda's ex Ripley was stalking her. There was a big gala or event at Newman Towers. Victoria and Amanda were both wearing white gowns or pantsuits and their hair was about the same length. In a less-than-bright hallway near the elevator, there was a slight resemblance from behind if you couldn't see skin color or determine exactly how dark their hair was. Anyhow, Ripley was in a hurry, saw Victoria from behind, thought it was Amanda, and stabbed Victoria by mistake. So yeah it's likely that JG will repeat the "hasty mistaken-identity stabbing in poor lighting" scenario again. But I don't know who the killer will be.
  3. I don't know. At this point she probably feels that the less people know the better. This way, nobody can question Tate. Sophia doesn't want anyone to try to manipulate her or Tate to taking the child back. She just wants the child placed safely, and since nobody would help, she chose the firestation safe haven. She chose anonymity so that the child would not be sent back to her. A reasonable choice for a teen.
  4. Thanks for posting. Seems like most of this is early July. There's nothing about Nick/Brooke/Ridge, which I would have expected from a report on "couples" for B&B in July. I guess that's all the info that Swooon was given by the show.
  5. Thank you! I agree. She shouldn't be demonized for refusing motherhood, and trying to find a home for the child. It was the right choice for her.
  6. Swooon's monthly thing where they try to find something to write about regarding couples or potential couples. Swooon's DAYS blurb for July 2025: https://www.swooon.com/1201077/soap-couples-preview-july-2025-general-hospital-bold-and-beautiful-yr-days-beyond-the-gates/ Alex declares his love for Stephanie. Belle and EJ get romantic, but things take a turn when he asks her for a favor. Chad and Cat continue to grow closer and bond.
  7. Swooon's GH blurb for July 2025 https://www.swooon.com/1201077/soap-couples-preview-july-2025-general-hospital-bold-and-beautiful-yr-days-beyond-the-gates/ Josslyn and Vaughn kiss! Trina and Kai hit a rough patch. Cody and Ava ashare a close moment. Mac plays matchmaker for Cody and Molly. Elizabeth sets boundaries with Ric.
  8. It's up on Y&R ig - they're calling it a promo ... https://www.instagram.com/p/DLnLVH_Rkgs youngandrestlesscbs Who is ready? 🫣😘 . #YR #drama #soapopera #promo
  9. Errol's update on Hank Northrup is here: https://boards.soapoperanetwork.com/topic/69108-article-hank-northrop-soap-star-son-of-lynn-herring-and-the-late-wayne-northrop-set-for-end-of-october-debut-on-‘days-of-our-lives’/
  10. Errol's post above gave the new info, which is Hanks debut date as the last week of October - so yes likely related to the 60th anniv. There is a quote from Hank's tvinsider interview which says Hank was working with James Reynolds at first. But I have no idea who his character would be. And it doesn't necessarily mean his character keeps working with Abe. Hank mentioned it because of the friendship between Wayne and JReynolds from them having worked together closely.
  11. Canadian day-ahead screencaps (source) Tuesday July 1st Canada (Wed. July 2 U.S.) Before learning that Dumas is Cane, Victoria and Adam discuss that Dumas subsidiary "Arabesque" has been buying up tons of property in Genoa City (including the GCAC, former Chancellor holdings, and buildings next to the Newman Tower). Remember that the Dumas/Cane estate in France is cut off from communication with the outside world, so nobody in Genoa City knows yet that Dumas is actually Cane. (except perhaps for Holden).
  12. Another Rachel Boyd interview. same site, different interview https://soaps.sheknows.com/days-of-our-lives/news/788396/sophia-wants-baby-back/ quoting a few excerpts “They say mothers all of a sudden become superhumans and can lift cars off of babies,” notes Rachel Boyd. “Whatever decisions she makes,” “are always coming from a place of love and wanting the best for herself and for that baby, too.” “Honestly, my favorite part [of the story so far] has been exploring how complex the situation is,” Boyd says. “It all boils down to the fact that she knows logically what is the right thing to do for herself and for the baby, but emotionally — being able to hold him and not knowing a family that is set up for him — changes things for her. “She will always have somewhere in her head,” she adds, the thoughts of “what could have been.” Boyd “kind of improvised” a scene in the July 2 episode. “I have this bear prop that is like my own personal bear,” she says, “and it was given to me by somebody who I love very dearly. I had this idea of Sophia coming back to, I guess, a vessel of what could have been with the bear and like adding this moment into the show. “I wanted to acknowledge that this is a really emotional and painful thing for her,” she continues, “and she will never be able to let it go. Also just remembering that she’s also just a kid, like she’s 18 years old. And at the end of the day, we can all relate to love and loss and grief.”
  13. There are pictures of Kristen holding baby Brady with a bottle. receipts: https://web.archive.org/web/20080519135833/http://www.childrenofsalem.com/days/kids/lucero/lucero15.html
  14. Yeah I thought it odd that it took so long for the Ted wardrobe to be fitted in sizing/tailoring for Keith D. Robinson. It made me wonder if the recasting was abrupt? But then again, there is speculation that it was planned all along that he'd get the role when he was available? Nobody knows although there are many theories. Regardless of how long in advance (or not) they knew about the recasting, maybe they felt it to be tacky for him to come in for fittings while Maurice Johnson was still taping, so they opted to be respectful and wait? But that's just more speculation, LOL Don't know what happened there. But the show is so intentional with most of the wardrobe that I can't believe they were careless with Keith. So there must have been a valid reason to omit doing fittings in advance of him taping. He's looking good *now*, so I'm happy.
  15. https://www.instagram.com/p/DLlPNzwB20y/ July 1, 2025 sheiladucks All this holiday week we’re doing a Take 2 on Week 1 so that first time viewers may see where it all started and seasoned viewers😉 may experience the thrill of our historic launch all over again. UP TOP…Some BTS on our BTG opening: We shot our opening sequence during W2 of production. @juliehcarruthers and I divided and conquered @michelevaljean’s brilliant premiere episode with me going on location, Julie powering through the stages, and Michele in office weaving our upcoming scripts. We had from sunup to sundown to capture all the scenework and establishing shots for our first half of S1. FUN FACT…Fairmont Crest is actually a combination of 2 country clubs 😉. Why? The homes needed to be spectacular and the Country Club needed to look Just.Like.This. After powering through 7 MD country clubs last summer (ok, sure, uninvited😂), the look was locked. The day was a series of hole-in-ones with @stvnwllfrd and @yorelfrancis’ expert choreography of drones, golf carts, cars, joggers, dog walkers, and stunts; and @albert.dickerson.18 keeping it moving. And in post, I was inspired to set our amazing footage off with The Best of My Love. How fitting. Stay Tuned…#BeyondTheGates @beyondthegatescbs 📺📺🫧🫧🫧
  16. Just discovering, or rediscovering this thread. Where is the list? I have a couple of spreadsheets on my computer detailing every episode number and preemption, going back to 2018 or 2019, including weird episode number anomalies, such as "A" episodes that were inserts or splits, and one case where Y&R reversed the airing of two consecutive episodes for a Peter Bergman anniversary. @BoldRestless asked me to look into it a while back; but then various things delayed me.
  17. If you watch the first 2 minutes and 25 seconds of this Michael Fairman interview, they joke about hearing the name Dumas ad nauseum, and discuss what happened there and why. Fairman was laughing. Billy Flynn said he's been living with the casting info since January but they couldn't start taping him until he was available. He doesn't actually say this, but he *implies* that the show had to tweak things while waiting until he could tape. He does say that he appreciated Josh Griffith being willing to work with him on the availability. Billy Flynn says he was naturally nervous about taking on a new role, as anyone would be, but then he became aware of all the build-up being created over time for "Aristotle Dumas", which made him much more nervous! Billy said that when he finally started taping at Y&R, he told the other actors "I'm so sorry!" Would someone please make a clip of just that part of the interview? That way it could be shared without revealing other casting stuff being discussed on the entire youtube video. (For anyone wishing to remain completely unspoiled, don't watch the whole youtube)
  18. Very epic! I watched all nine minutes and 21 seconds (and 823 cuts) just to honor your hard work! Hilarious! Actually fun to watch. And a time-lapse video of everyone's wardrobe over 4 months! Stafford as Phyllis trying to say it sexy! too funny. Michael Graziadei could barely say it without laughing.
  19. Last week was the 4-month anniversary.
  20. ^ I understand the part about bodily autonomy and and claiming her power to decide on her own life. But the rest about being protective and mama bear, I'm not sure what she means there. Some of it is about making sure the baby is safe. But I don't know what the new Melinda spoiler is. From the daily spoilers, Sophia meets with Melinda after the baby is born. Maybe she wants Melinda to find out if the baby was placed in a good place from the fire station? But it seems frantic.
  21. Rachel Boyd did a couple of interviews about this process, posted starting here (Link) Mostly just about finding an approach to act giving birth, but then she also says a little more.
