I personally am completely opposed to Joey/Vanessa as friends/lovers/ business partners or anything at all. I just loathe Joey completely. ewwww. I want Vanessa to destroy him. I also ***don't*** want Vanessa as a mobster queen. Even if Joey is destroyed or gone, I don't want her to take over the mob from him. Lauren Buglioli is a great actress, but I loathe all this mob stuff for Vanessa. That being said, I would be happy if Vanessa takes down Joey from within, but I want him gone, and his entire operation dismantled. After the mob ends, somehow she should be able to keep her profits she had previously gained -- even if she doesn't gain any more -- she's smart enough to figure that out.

I agree that the characters have many facets - sometimes I like a character one day, and dislike them the next. That's great writing because it's not a retcon of the character, but instead another facet being shown. (with the exception of Eva changing over time, which feels more like a retcon)

According to Stephanie Sloane's tvinsider interview with Tyler Joseph Andrews, he says that he originally auditioned for the role of Tate. Did she correctly quote the actor? Maybe it's an error? Aside from the *obvious* ... the timing seems off, since he says he auditioned for that role a few months before he was cast as Theo. I mean, if he auditioned for Tate, then it was about a year ago, so were they thinking of replacing Leo Howard as Tate? On the other hand, maybe he auditioned as *Theo* with with Ashley P (Holly) but the audition might have used old "sides" for Tate?
