Some of the above-posted dates for the specific casting announcements - might be off by one airdate. A few of the recent spoiler pics from the past several days seem to have been labeled with a JPI episode # that was off by one airdate. Maybe some of the scenes from the week of Dec. 2nd might have been shifted to a different airdate during the editing process? (I'm not sure, it's just a guess, I could be wrong.)

Huge celebration for the cast and the crew. This is kind of cool that this is my first episode,’ ” he recalls. “So I walked on set with the excitement, obviously, of a new show and meeting a whole bunch of new people.” But the mood at the studio caught him off-guard. While he was thrilled to be starting his Days run, the cast was not only saying goodbye to Doug Williams but also to his portrayer, Bill Hayes, who passed away in January after 54 years on the show. “When I got on set, it was really down,” Meyer relays. “The energy was really low and I had no idea what was going on. We ended up filming the scenes and after, one of the crew members came up to me and she was like, ‘Just so you know, this is a very emotional day today and the fact that you were able to do that scene and carry a positive attitude into the set was so amazing to watch because I don’t know if you know what’s going on, but it’s very heavy today so thank you for coming in so professionally.’ I think it kind of worked better that I wasn’t fully aware of everything that was going on.” end quote from tvinsider. For anyone unaware, Cady McClain is the artistic director of a theater in New York.
