  1. that story got me hooked.. the rivalry of viv and Carly.. 1993-1994 the golden years of dool
  2. wow I'm sure the production kept all those vintage episodes from the 70's including David and val's affair.. sounds interesting and ground breaking. hopefully we'll get to see those episodes.
  3. the actress is retired and lives in Oregon. jess is 75 years old.. she's allowed to retire from acting.. she was great in the late 80's and 90's..
  4. Doug Davidson was so handsome back then.. victor and Nikki boring as usual.. loved Mary! the meddlesome mom.
  5. Brenda had really great chemistry with so many cast members.. don diamond, Beth mainland, Eric Braden, heather tom, jerry Douglas and Peter, jess Walton. I loved her version of Ashley. softer. more gentle. and very likable.
  6. I think Brenda epperson was a great recast, I loved her version of Ashley, more gentle and warm.. I'm not crazy about Nikki marrying victor so soon after josh's death. I mean.. didn't she care for the man at all?
  7. I think sheila Carter was great in the 90's, in both y&r and b&b.. however outstayed her welcome.. no point to bring her back again and again. her rivalry with Lauren and Stephanie was great at the time. as for victor and Nikki.. enough is enough. those two dominated the show for decades.. time to move on. having the same characters for years and years (victor, Nikki, ridge, Eric, Brooke).. I mean at some point you run out of storylines.. and it becomes very boring. I'm waiting for the new GATES soap, it's about time we'll experience something new.
  8. any chance to upload more classic episodes to y&r vault? from the 90's. still missing the story of rex sterling death from nov-dec 1994.
  9. on January 2010 DOOL was taken off the screens after about 15 years of broadcasting in Israel and now the show is back on our screens.. I'll let you know from which episode..
  10. it's funny a flashback with Lanna Saunders was shown in 2007..
  11. none of the remaining four soaps can be saved at this point TPTB need to put the four shows out to pasture and start fresh with The Gates ushering in a group of new soaps.
  12. Wonderful! I wish we could see some of Doug and Julie's interaction during the 70's.. including Addie's marriage to Doug and her death. also Susan Martin involvement with Doug and Julie. those are very rare episodes..
  13. cringy seeing Ryan and Nina cuddling in bed.. what exactly did Ryan find in Nina? compared to Victoria and Tricia. maybe her financial state attracted him? heather tom loved her.. the real Victoria Newman!
  14. I hope so, we need some new flashbacks! and not same used flashbacks of Doug and Julie we've seen so many times.. but new ones, with Addie, Steve Olson, Susan hunter (it's a shame denise Alexander not returning), lee, etc.
  15. is it just me or Marla played her character from Y&R, Dina Abbott? only different name, Beth Logan.
  16. I mean.. is it just me, or Marla played Dina Abbott also on B&B? the same exact character, only different name.
  17. still missing the rex sterling death and memorial episodes from dec 1994. hopefully they will be uploaded one day.
