exactly. focusing only on Maggie and vic + Maggie and mickey is ridiculous. ignoring Maggie and Marlena's friendship because of a stupid feud is ridicule as well. and not even one flashback with Alice/tom is unacceptable.

well just finished watching Friday's episode. nice but Maggie has rich history with the Hortons - why didn't we see scenes from 70's-80's with Melissa, Jennifer, and the beloved Alice Horton????? with don Craig? with Neil Curtis? not even one scene with Maggie and Alice, come on. they were super close. ridiculous. and why didn't Marlena come to share her respects? she and Maggie were really good friends in the 70's and early 80's. I don't care about behind the scenes nonsense, I wish hope-jen-marlena-julie and the real Melissa (Lisa trusel) would patriciate in Fridays episode, celebrating 50 years for SR.

question.. why did tptb ruined the character of Jack Deveraux ? why did Matt ashford left in 1993 by the way? and all those death and return from the death since.. back and forth.. what's the issue? Ashford is the third actor to play in the role, and appeared regularly from 1987 through 1993 and from 2001 to 2006, with a few minor breaks in between, in addition to a small guest stint in 2007. In September 2011, after a four-year absence, the character returned to reconnect with his estranged family. His return was short-lived when it was announced that Ashford had been let go, last appearing on August 15, 2012, when the character was killed off in an elevator shaft. From 2016 to 2017, Ashford reprised the role for several guest-appearances; he returned full-time on December 28, 2018. One of the character's well known plots have been his fake deaths which occurred between 2003 and 2012, where he was presumed dead four times.

By the way, the show did dedicate an episode to cricket-paul-danny on may 25, 1998. you can find the episode in the vault. many flashbacks from Danny and Christine first meeting.. CHRISTINE tells Nina that she can't get Danny out of her mind, but Nina reminds her that she was only 15 or 16 when she first met Danny. Christine remembers the first time she met Danny; she was a young woman who knew who Danny was but never thought she would be lucky enough to meet him. Christine has another flashback to a time when Danny escorted her to a party; he tells her how terrific she looks. Another time, Danny tells her that she should be seeing other guys, but a teary eyed Chris wonders how many she will have to date before she has broadened her horizons enough to suit him. Finally, she tells Nina, they realized that they were made for each other and the rest is history. Now she has flashbacks to their "incredible" wedding and honeymoon in Hawaii. This was a marriage that should have lasted forever, she says.

I really loved the confrontation scenes between Nikki and Christine, also though Chris and victor had nice chemistry.. why did the TPTB aborted the option for romance between them? victor and Chris much more interesting couple then Chris and Paul
